Former President Obama: Hosts Secret Meetings With 2020 Hopefuls
 Former President Barack Obama has great c in recent months met with at least nine prospective 2020 Democratic presidential candidates, includ- ing Bernie Sanders, Eliza- beth Warren, Joe Biden and Deval Patrick, pulling them in for one-on-one ses- sions at his Washington office, according to Politico.
The meetings were arranged without the party’s closest ad- visers being told of the conver- sations, in part because of how much Mr. Obama bristles at
his private meetings becoming public knowledge.
“The president was generous with his time and advice, and he was excited to talk about the future,” one individual with knowledge of the meetings told Politico.

"Obviously the president will continue to say what he says." Trudeau again denounced Trump's decision to invoke national security concerns to impose tariffs on aluminium and steel as "insulting" to the Canadian war veterans who had fought alongside U.S. allies.
