MR. KENNETH LESTER SHEPHERD
A Homegoing Celebration for Mr. Kenneth Lester Shep- herd, who transitional Novem- ber 14, 2021, will be held Saturday, November 27, 2021, at Northside Missionary Baptist Church, 5106 N. 40th Street, Tampa, Florida, 33610, at 11:00 a.m., Rev. Leonard Harrington, Eulogist, Minister Erica Har- rington, Officiating. Interment Rest Haven Memorial Cemetery.
Kenneth Shepherd was born on April 25, 1963, to the late Mr. Lester and Martha Shepherd in Tampa, FL. He was the middle child of six children. He grew up in church and was baptized early under the leadership of the late Pastor Emeritus Reverend Dr. A. Leon Lowry, of Beulah Baptist Institutional Church, in West Tampa. He later joined Northside Missionary Baptist Church on 40th St., in Tampa, FL.
He was loving and helpful to others and always full of jokes and laughter to all that knew him. He worked almost 14 years at BRW Construction Inc. in Land O’ Lakes, FL. He worked this job faithfully until he fell ill
   on July 16th, 2021.

MR. CLARENCE ‘DUSTY’ E. ALLEN
Mr. Clarence “Dusty” E. Allen, of Brandon, FL passed away on Wednesday, November 10, 2021. Funeral Services will be held on Saturday, November 27, 2021, 11:00 a.m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606, with Reverend Jay Jack- son, officiating. (MASK REC- OMMENDED).
The service will be live streamed, and the link will be available on Mr. Allen’s obit- uary page 15 minutes prior to the start of the service at www.raywilliamsfuneral- home.com.
Interment will be in Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, FL 33513 on Monday, November 29, 2021, 11:00 a.m.
“Dusty” was a native of Florida and a resident of Tampa for 70 years. He attended Blake High School and George Wash- ington University and was a member of the United States Air Force for 20 years. He was em- ployed at the City of Tampa for 17 years.
He leaves to cherish his memories: loving wife, Frances M. Allen; three children, Natalie (Aaron McClain, Jr.), Simone Allen, and Tyree (Orrissa) Allen; six grandchildren, Aaron Keith, III, Jordin, Kennedy, Micah, Luicano, and Zoey Rose; beloved dog, Hova; loving brother, Micheal Allen; sister, Mary Mc- Clain and a host of nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Fri- day, November 26, 2021, 4:00- 7:00 p.m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606. (MASK RECOMMENDED).

County School System. Felecia met many wonderful people and acquaintances during her ca- reer and considered many of them family keeping in frequent contact with them. Felicia en- joyed Art and Crafts and was known for going all out during the holidays by decorating the office and baking special treats for the students and staff.
In recent years, Felecia de- veloped some unexpected health issues which proved to be greater than she could handle. Felecia is finally at peace and no longer suffering, she is in the hands of the Lord. She was loved and will be fondly remem- bered by her Family and Friends. Felecia was a wonder- ful wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, aunt, sister, cousin and friend to those who knew her.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Early D. Knight; her husband, Willie Echols, Sr. and oldest sister, Delores A. Holt.
Felecia leaves to cherish her memories: her mother, Joyce M. Knight; sons, Ronnie L. Knight and Ryan M. Echols; grandchildren, Roneshea Knight, Kei-Asha Knight, Re- anne Knight, Raquel Knight and Raniah Knight; brothers, Early D. Knight, Jr., (Cherral), John- nie L. Knight, Kenneth R. Knight (Patricia), and Marvin R. Knight; sisters, Audrey J. Knight, Nadine Snow (Ed) and Arlene K. MRS. FELECIA KNIGHT-ECHOLS
Mrs. Felecia Knight-Echols of Tampa, FL, passed away peacefully on Sunday, Novem- ber 14, 2021. Graveside Services will be held on Wednesday, No- vember 24, 2021, 12:00 Noon at Sunset Memory Gardens, 11005 U. S. Highway 301, Thonoto- sassa, FL, 33592 with Reverend Dr. James L. Gallon, Officiat- ing. Interment will follow.
Felecia was born on Novem- ber 22, 1957, in Dade City, Florida, to Joyce Mae Knight and Early D. Knight. Felecia was the proud mother of two sons, Ronnie L. Knight and Ryan M. Echols. She had four sisters and four brothers.
Felecia was educated in the Pontiac Oakland County school system until the 12th grade. Graduating from Blake High School in Tampa, FL, Felecia also attended The Tampa Skills Center graduating in the Ad- ministrative Secretary Field in Tampa, FL.
Felecia held various profes- sional positions throughout her career, such as, a Law Enforce- ment Clerk, File Clerk for the Tampa Credit Bureau, Hillsbor- ough County Schools Trans- portation (School Bus Chaperone) and Administrative Secretary. The positions she loved the most were the ones working with children. One of her later positions was a Secre- tary at McFarlane Magnet School in Tampa, FL.
She loved the children, par- ents and administration with all her heart. Due to a countywide shortage of school administra- tive staff, she was transferred to H. B. Plant High School, where she worked as an Administra- tive Secretary for a short time and due to health issues, she re- tired from the Hillsborough
