RAY WILLIAMS
MS. DORIS LEE CHESTER BRANTLEY
Ms. Doris Lee Chester Brantley of Tampa passed away Saturday, June 6, 2020. A Cele- bration of Life Service will be conducted Friday, June 12, at 12 noon at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue with Pastor Curtis Crider, Eulo- gist, with Pastor Yvette Parham, officiating. Interment will fol- low in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery. Please follow the CDC guidelines.
Ms. Doris Lee Chester Brantley was a native of Thomasville, Georgia, and a res- ident of Tampa for over 70 years. She was born to E. C. and Clareatha Chester and was edu- cated in the public schools of Hillsborough County. She fur- thered her education by attend- ing Hillsborough Community College. Ms. Brantley was em- ployed as a Kindergarten Assis- tant and Substitute Teacher with the School District of Hills- borough County.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, E. C. Chester and Clareatha Williams Chester; husband, Francis Fur- man Brantley, Sr.; son, Francis Furman Brantley, Jr.; brother, Raymond Scott; and sister, Janie Mae Davis.
She leaves to cherish her memory: devoted and loving son, Shannon Brantley; grand- daughters, Jaidah Lehlbach and Jordyn Lehlbach Brantley and their mother, Angela Lehlbach; two brothers-in-law, George Brantley (Diane) and Alvin Brantley (Denise), both of Miami, FL; sister-in-law, De- lores Davis of Tampa, FL; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives; goddaughter, Donna Russell; adopted family, Scott (Susan) Lehlbach, Ronald Griffin and family and many caring and special friends.
The remains will repose from 5 to 7 p. m. Thursday, June 11 at Mount Calvary Seventh Day Adventist Church, 4902 N. 40th Street, Tampa, FL 33610. We are asking family and friends to follow the CDC guide- lines.

MR. MICHAEL RAY
Mr. Michael Ray of Tampa qui- etly transitioned to his Heavenly home on Thursday, June 4, 2020. A Private Celebration of Life Fu- neral Service will be conducted Saturday, June 13 at 2 p. m. at Ray Williams Memorial Chapel, 301 N. Howard Avenue, with Pastor Don- ald Lott, officiating. We are asking family and friends to follow the CDC guidelines and wear masks.
Mr. Michael Ray was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and was a graduate of Brandon High School, Class of 1981. Mr. Ray furthered his educa- tion and attended Iowa State Uni- versity. He was employed by Aramark Uniform & Career Ap- parel, LLC for 33 years.
He was preceded in death by: his mother, Annie Mutcherson- Lawrence.
He leaves to cherish his mem- ory: his only sister, Michelle Taylor (James); one nephew, Antonio Taylor, Sr. (LaGonni Kelly John- son); great niece and nephew, An- tonio “A. J.” Taylor, Jr. and Alana Taylor; aunts, Ruby Cutler; un- cles, Ollie Mutcherson, Sam “Sam- mie” Mutcherson (Pam), and Cornelius Mutcherson (Willie Mae); special cousin, Eric; best friend/brother, Art Simmons; spe- cial friends, Chilli, Eric W., Ike, Chuck, Dave, Ratio and Amp; and a host of other relatives and friends.

back for over 15 years, and she worked for Ms. Sherri Simonetti for over 27 years and she was cur- rently employed with Attorney David Koch and Dr. Lisa Koch and their children, Jordan and Connor for over 20 years, loving and caring for them and their children, whom she loved dearly. She took care of many grandchil- dren, feeding them, loving to cook for everyone, and giving them the honest truth, even if you did not want to hear it, you got it anyway. She loved her family with all her heart.
She leaves to cherish her memories and in God’s care: daughters, Shirley Triplett John- son, Flora Triplett, Linda Robin- son (Eddie), Angela Christie-Reese (Ivan) and Brenda Williams; grandchildren, Antwand Howard, Sr., Alvin Johnson, Jr., Andre Johnson, Donell Williams, James Triplett, Nydia and Nico Nelson, Valencia Hargrove, Martin L. Cox Jr., Lak- isha Williams, Jessica Williams (Curtis), Aubrey Williams, An- drea Aaron and Samonie Sim- mons; 29 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren; brother, Preston Triplett (Lillie); sister, Shirley Mae Taylor; sis- ters-in-law, Genevieve Triplett and Gloria Triplett; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends, church members and special friend, Sandra Williams.
Vivian is preceded in death by: her parents, James and Susie Triplett; siblings, James W. Triplett, Roosevelt Triplett, Willis C. Triplett, Tessie Miller, Fred L. Triplett and Mary E. Jackson; brothers-in-law, Leroy Miller, El- isha Jackson and Noah Taylor; and granddaughter, Quadasia Howard.
The visitation will be held from 3-7 p. m., Friday, June 12, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue. We are ask- ing family and friends to follow the CDC guidelines.

        MS. CATHERINE ANN MCCLENDON
Ms. Catherine Ann McClen- don, 79, passed away Monday, June 1, 2020, in Atlanta, GA. The Visitation will be held from 3-7 p. m., Wednesday, June 10, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Ave., Tampa, FL. Inter- ment will be Thursday, June 11, at 11 a. m. at the Florida National Cemetery, 6502 SW 102nd Avenue, Bushnell, FL 33513. We are ask- ing family and friends to follow the CDC guidelines.
Catherine Ann McClendon was a native of Malvern, Arkansas, born toLucious and Mae Julia Tatum. After attending Wilson High School, she moved to San Francisco, California, and married William McClendon, Jr., of Camden, SC. They celebrated 42 years of marriage and raised three sons. Catherine became known as a caretaker to all. She was a faithful and active member of Bible-Based Fellowship Church in Tampa, Florida.
In addition to her husband, Catherine was preceded in death by: her parents; and a brother, Frank Tatum of Malvern, Arkansas.
She is survived by: three sons, Paul McClendon of Houston, TX, Dexter McClendon of Tampa, FL and Carlton McClendon (Carol) of Atlanta, GA; a brother, Joe Tatum of Chicago, IL; two sisters, Exie Canady of Malvern, AR, and Neo- mia Leeper of Marysville, CA; one grandchild, Kia Williams of Lake City, FL; and numerous nieces and nephews.

MS. VIVIAN INEZ TRIPLETT
Ms. Vivian Inez Triplett of Tampa, passed away Tuesday, June 2, 2020. A Celebration of Life Service will be conducted Saturday, June 13, at 11 a. m. at First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens, 4025 W. Palmetto Street, with Pastor Anthony W. Greene, officiating. Please follow the CDC guidelines. Interment will be held by Graveside service, Sunday, June 14, at 1 p. m. at Walker Cemetery in Craw- fordville, Florida.
Vivian was born in Hyde Park, Wakulla County to the late James and Susie Triplett. She was one of nine children. She at- tended Wakulla County Schools, graduating from Shadesville High School, where she was one of the fastest track stars. She later moved to Tallahassee, Florida where she attended FAMU. Vivian accepted Christ in her life at an early age and joined her family of Thessalonia Mis- sionary Baptist Church.
She later moved her family to Tampa, Florida where she joined First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens, where she served faith- fully for many years as Trustee, President of Usher Board #2, Chairperson Kitchen Committee, Outreach Ministry for the home- less, Financial Secretary and many more.
Upon arriving in Tampa, she worked for W. T. Edwards, she worked for Attorney Shirley Re-
