INTEGRITY
MRS. ANNIE HARLEY
A Celebration of Life will be held for Mrs. Annie Harley, on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at 11 a. m. at Northside Mission- ary Baptist Church, 5706 N. 40th Street, Tampa, Rev. Ri- cardo Robinson, Pastor, with Rev. James Anderson, Pastor of New Fellowship Baptist Church, Tampa, officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Me- morial Park.
Annie Harley was born in Gadsden County, Quincy, Florida to Mr. Charlie Bivins and Annie Mae Bivins. She was educated through Gadsden County Public Schools. She ac- cepted Christ as her personal Savior at an early age. She was a dedicated member of New Fel- lowship Baptist Church, where she served as Mother of the Church under the leadership of her pastor, Rev. James Ander- son.
Mother Annie was an ex- traordinary strong, loving, giv- ing, peaceful, caring and thoughtful woman of God.
On Sunday, November 4, 2018, God called the best home for her eternal rest.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Charlie and Annie Mae Bivins; her husband, George Harley, brothers, Char-

MR. WAYNE A. OWENS, SR.
Mr. Wayne A. Owens, Sr. of Tampa, passed away Saturday, October 27, 2018. The Homego- ing Celebration will be held on Saturday, November 10th, at 11 a. m. at First Baptist Church of Progress Village, 8722 Progress Blvd., Dr. Sam Maxwell, Sr., Pastor, officiating. Interment will be held Tuesday, November 13th at 9:30 a. m. in the Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, FL.
Mr. Wayne A. Owens, Sr. was a native of Tampa, born to Elmer L. Owens, Sr. and Flo- rence Owens. He accepted Christ at the early age of 10 years old and he joined First Baptist Church of Progress Vil- lage under the pastorate of Rev. B. T. Williams. He was educated in the public schools of Hills- borough County and graduated from Middleton High School in 1971, where he was a quarter- back.
Wayne joined the Army to serve his country for 3 years, having served in Korea and Ft. Gordon, GA. He received an honorable discharge and moved to Augusta, GA where he worked for the Veterans Hospi- tal. Wayne returned to Tampa and was employed as a Ware- houseman with Pimpco Ware- house, a dietician with James A. Haley Veterans Hospital and was also a security guard for several companies. Wayne was a member of the American Le- gion and was well known in the Tampa Bay area. He loved sports and was a smooth dancer. He had two favorite hobbies - working in his yard and barbecuing.
Wayne leaves to cherish lov- ing memories with: 2 sons, Wayne A. Owens, Jr. and Hora- tio Patterson; granddaughter, Taquesha Owens; loving and de- voted mother, Florence Owens; 5 loving sisters, Dr. Cynthia Brown, Jackie Dupree (Henry), Linda Williams, Sheila Henry (Vincent) and Gail Owens (Gary); aunts, Teresa Berry, and Edna Kirk; uncle, Pastor Charles Hill (Pastor Carolyn); sister-in-law, Joan Owens; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and other sorrowing relatives and friends; a loving family friend, Beverly Webb and childhood friend, Richard Barr.
Visitation will be held on Friday, November 9, from 5-8 p. m. at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.
Family and friends are re- quested to assemble at the church on Saturday morning at 10:45 a. m.

MR. KENNETH ‘SCOOTER’ FOSTER JAMES
A Homegoing Celebration for Kenneth Foster James of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Fri- day, October 26, 2018, will be held Saturday, November 10th, 10 a. m. at First Baptist Church of College Hill, 3838 N. 29th St., Rev. S. Evans Burrows, pastor; Rev. Matthew James, eulogist. The interment will be held in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Kenneth “Scooter” Foster James was born February 25, 1960 in Tampa, Florida. He at- tended the local schools of Hills- borough County. He worked various construction jobs, which included painting, roofing and remodeling houses. He also loved to fish and was a master on the grill.
He was preceded in death by: his daughter, Kimberly Nathan; father, Robert L. James, Sr.; sis- ter, Terri L. James; grandpar- ents, Samuel and Beulah Joyner and Andrew, Sr. and Fannie James.
He leaves to cherish his pre- cious memories with: his chil- dren, Kevin James (Valerie) and LeMonte James; grandchildren, Kiya, Sage, Suri, Maya and Makayha; mother, Pearlie M. James; brothers, Robert, Jr., Leonard (Paula), Reginald (Dee); sisters, Bridget James, Tarita Williams (John) and Har- riett Gordon (James); aunts, Juanita McCloud, Cassandra James and Mary James; uncles, Talmage, Nathaniel, Ralph Joyner (Martha) and Wilson James; a host of other relatives and friends that will miss him.
The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home Friday, November 9th from 5 to 7 p. m.
The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Saturday for the service.

MR. BRELAND ROGERS LOUISY
Memorial Services for Mr. Breland Rogers Louisy, who passed away on October 28, 2018, will be held Saturday, No- vember 10, 2018, at 12 noon, at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th Street, Tampa, FL 33610, with Rev. Otis Cooper, Pastor of New Rising Star Ministries, offi- ciating. The committal will be made at the Chapel.
Breland was an East Tampa native and a Highland Pines res- ident.
He was preceded in death by: his wife, Cynthia D. Louisy; mother and father, Hattie Mae Louisy, and Boniface Lloyd Louisy; and brother, Wesley Col- bert.
He leaves to cherish his memory: grand kids, Lajennique Taylor, Jamie Feggins, Leovonte Feggins, Omni Feggins, Jacque Howard, Jennifer Louisy and Jasmine Rogers (daughter).
