RAY WILLIAMS
MR. JAMES FREDERICK REDFERN, JR.
A Homegoing Service for Mr. James Frederick Redfern, Jr., of Miami, Florida, who passed away on Monday, Octo- ber 29, 2018, will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018, 11 a. m. with public viewing from10a.m.-11a.m.atHouse of Prayer Eternal Ministries, Inc., 1301 South 78th Street, Sen- ior Pastor Aaron Harris of House of Prayer Eternal Min- istries, Inc. The interment will be in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
James (Red) Frederick Red- fern, Jr., was born on April 28, 1928 in Chesterfield, South Car- olina to the union of James and Carrie Redfern. There were two children born to this union the other, Wilhelmina Coy of whom all three have preceded James in death.
James moved to Tampa, Florida at an early age and at- tended the local schools there. He graduated from Middleton High School in 1946 and contin- ued his education at Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, Florida, where he received his Master’s Degree in Mathemat- ics. He moved to Miami in 1983.
He leaves to mourn: a de- voted wife, Joylin Gayle Red- fern; 4 children, James Redfern, III (Arceli), Starlita Kent (Fred), Pamela Smith (Burton), Marilyn Windham (George); 9 grandchildren, Ka- trina Griffin (Peter), Sherrie (Chris), Maria Hinds, Nathaniel (Mercedes), Arielle Gilliam, Samantha Smith, Jamal Williams, Jayson Williams, Naomi Windham; 12 great- grands, Kylie Gilliam, Darien Raymore, Kaden Raymore, Jaden Raymore, Don Philippe, Matthew Philippe, Nathaniel Philon, III, Natalia Philon, Cullen Philon, Zahniece Philon, Keira Griffin, Kelsey Griffin; 2 nieces, Carol Coy (Duke), Di- anne Walker; 1 nephew, Jimmy Coy; other relatives and friends include: sisters-in-law, Louise Hyatt, Charlotte Swaby, Judith Daley, Ramona Gayle, Elaine Gayle-Chin; brothers-in-law, Alick Gayle, Michael Gayle; spe- cial niece, Novelett Hyatt; spe- cial nephew, Jonathan Gayle; dear friend and special neigh- bor, Tia Diaz-Balart and Con- gressman Mario Diaz-Balart; and a host of family and friends.

Homegoing Celebration for Sister Georgia Fencher Johnson- Thomas, who went home to her Savior on November 6, 2018 while in a local hospital, will be held on Saturday, November 10, 2018, at 11 a. m. at Allen Temple A. M. E. Church, 2101 N. Lowe Street, Tampa, Florida, with Rev. Dr. Glenn B. Dames, Sr. officiat- ing. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Sister Georgia Fencher John- son-Thomas is survived by: her sons, Keith B. Johnson and Kim M. Johnson; daughter, Valarie R. Johnson; grandchildren, Ji- varo J. Johnson, Jeremy J. Jones and wife, Denise, Keissan A. Johnson and wife, Shaheedra; great- grandchildren, Tyyuana, Jiais, Robert, Saivon, Ziann; sis- ters, Kellie Tearce, Willa Dean and Ida B.; brother, Joe Fencher; sister-in-law, Eloise Fencher; a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews; great-great nieces, great-great nephews, cousins and special friends.
Sister Georgia Fencher John- son-Thomas was born in Tampa, Florida on July 27, 1929. She was a retired Guidance Coun- selor for the Dallas Independent School District.
Georgia was a faithful mem- ber of Allen Temple A. M. E. Church. She was a member of the following organizations and clubs: Class Leader #7, Senior Ministry of Allen, Gospel Choir, Zeta Amicae of Tampa, and Zeta Phi Beta Charter.
There will be a viewing on Friday November 9, 2018, from 5-7 p. m. with the family present to receive friends at Allen Tem- ple A. M. E. Church.
Friends are asked to assem- ble at the church on Saturday at approximately 10:45 a. m. for the service.

PASTOR DARNELL CORNELIUS LINDSEY, SR.
Pastor Darnell Cornelius Lindsey, Sr. passed on October 30, 2018, and was born the only child of Mrs. Margaret Lindsey Morgan and Mr. Shedd Cooper on February 28, 1972 in Chicago, IL.
Darnell was educated at St. Martin Elementary Catholic School, where he served as an Altar Boy. While in Chicago, he attended Englewood High, but attained his diploma from Harper High School.
In 1987, he met Raysean Lajun Jones at The First House of Prayer Church under the Leadership of the late Reverend Prophet L. K. Johnson. They married in 1994, and to this union came Darnell C., Jr. (23), Diamond L. (20), Amber Rose (20), and Jada Lindsey (18).
After more than twenty years in law enforcement, they moved to Tampa, FL and he an- swered the call to ministry. One of his greatest accomplishments was when he graduated as Vale- dictorian from Sanford Brown Institute completing the Phar- maceutical Technician pro- gram.
Pastor and Lady Lindsey began Greater Fresh Anointing of St. Petersburg, Florida until 2015. They were currently serv- ing with Turning Point Fellow- ship under the leadership of Presiding Elder Howard Green.
Preceding Pastor Lindsey in death was: his grandmother, Reverend Katherine Lindsey.
Pastor Lindsey leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife, Lady Raysean; their four children, D. J., Diamond, Amber, Jada; special son, Adri- enne White; mother, Margaret Lindsey Morgan; father, Shedd Cooper (Cherry Gail); brothers, Sheldon Cooper (Mau Toy), Pas- tor Howard Green (Erika), Pas- tor Donald Jorden (Tatiana); sister, Candace Cooper; a host of loved ones, relatives, church family and friends.
Services for Pastor Lindsey will be held, Saturday, Novem- ber 10, 2018, at 12 noon at Ekklesia Church, 501 S. Kingsway Rd., Seffner FL 33584, Major C. Jones, II, Pas- tor, Pastor Howard Green, Turning Point Fellowship, offi- ciating. Interment will follow at Rose Hill Cemetery.
The viewing and visitation will be held at Ekklesia Church, 501 S. Kingsway Rd., Seffner, FL 33584, on Friday, November 9th, from7p.m.to8:30p.m.

FAMILY NOTICE
MR. ROY BRYANT ROBINSON, JR.
Funeral services for Mr. Roy Bryant Robinson, Jr., 80, of Macon, Georgia, who en- tered into eternal rest on Tues- day, October 10, 2018, were held in Macon, GA on October 13, 2018.
Mr. Robinson was born in Thomasville, Georgia, to the late Roy Robinson, Sr., and Elizabeth Hayes Robinson. At an early age, he and his family relocated to Florida, where he attended school in the Hillsbor- ough County School District. Upon graduating from Don Thompson Vocational High School, he attended Fort Valley State College on a basketball scholarship.
After graduation, he was employed by the Bibb County School System, where he taught and coached at Peter G. Appling High School from 1961 to 1970. After desegregation, he moved to Lanier High School, where he taught and coached from 1970 to 1972. He later received his Master’s in Education with concentrations in health and physical education from Geor- gia College in Milledgeville, Georgia.
While working towards his Masters, he was recruited to be the Head Basketball Coach and served from 1972 – 1974. In 1977, he relocated back to Tampa, where he lived and worked for close to 30 years. During that time he held vari- ous positions with the Tampa Housing Authority, City of Tampa Recreation Department, Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office, the Hillsborough County School District, and the Lee Davis Service Center.
After retiring, he returned to Macon, Georgia where he lived for the last nine years of his life.
He is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers and one sister.
He leaves to honor his legacy: three devoted children, Roy Bryant (Alex) Robinson, III, Melanie Robinson (Latif) McMorrin, and Danys Hope (Hajji) Golightly; four grand- children, Skyy Marley Go- lightly, Isaiah Golightly, Douglass Sebastian Robinson, and Lennox Talbert McMorrin, all of Atlanta Georgia; a loving friend Yvonne Love, of St. Pe- tersburg, FL, and a host of de- voted family, friends and students whose lives have been indelibly touched by his pres- ence.
