Domestic Deadly Shooting Results In Death Of Man
Three Women Wanted For Shoplifting At Mall
Detectives with the Hills- borough County Sheriff’s Of- fice are gathering information about a fatal shooting. The incident took place last Tuesday in the 15000 block of Starling Water Drive in Lithia.
According to investiga- tors, it took place shortly be- fore 7 p.m. Deputies responded to the location after receiving a 9-1-1 call from an unidentified man. The caller, a man in his 20s, reported that an adult rela-
tive threatened him with a gun. The caller said he was in fear for his life, so he re- trieved his own weapon and shot the male relative multi- ple times.
Deputies found the rela- tive deceased when they ar- rived at the home. At this time, deputies believe the shooting is domestic-related, and there is no threat to the public.
The investigation is con- tinuing and no additional in- formation has been released.
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is searching for three women connected to a series of shoplifting events. The thefts, totaling more than $3,000 took place at Citrus Park Mall.
Police said the first inci- dent took place around 4 p.m., October 25th. During this incident, Nike sweat- shirts and sweatpants were taken. The merchandise was valued at more than $1,000. The trio fled the scene in a black car. As they left, they hit a red shopping cart with the back of the vehicle.
The three returned to the mall on November 14th, dur- ing that visit, the women al- legedly took more than $2,000 in merchandise. The theft took place at The Chil- dren’s Place around 1 p.m.
These three women are wanted in connection with shoplifting incidents that took place at a mall.
Plant City Man Dies From Gunshot Injuries
Investigators said the women used the same Dillard’s bags to conceal the merchandise. Once again, they fled the scene in a black sedan, possi- bly a Hyundai.
The suspects are de- scribed as Black women
5’05” to 5’08”, in their late teens to early 20s. All three are wanted for grand theft for shoplifting.

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is investigat- ing a shooting that left one man dead in Plant City. It took place last Wednesday.
According to police, on November 25th, shortly before 9:30 p.m., deputies re- sponded to South Florida Baptist Hospital, 301 N Alexander Street, in Plant City, in reference to a shoot- ing. An adult male victim had been transported to the hos- pital with a gunshot wound. Life-saving measures were performed on the victim, but he later died as a result of his injury.
Through investigative
means, detectives later learned that the shooting oc- curred on the 5000 block of Sydney Road, in Plant City. They responded to the scene and executed a court-autho- rized search warrant on the home. The detectives con- ducted interviews with the occupants of the home.
This remains an active in- vestigation. At this time, it is believed the victim and shooter are known to each other, and there is no threat to the public.
