President Donald Trump
said that the crowd at his Har- risburg, Pennsylvania, rally Saturday broke the “all-time” record for the arena and that people were lined up outside hoping to get in.
But tweets from at least one reporter who was there show several empty seats.
Jonathan Tamari, Wash- ington correspondent for the Philadelphia Inquirer, posted photos of unfilled seats high in the Harrisburg’s Farm Show Arena, and spotted empty

100 Days As Successful
Empty seats were photographed by reporter at Donald Trump’s 100-Days rally.
President Trump on Monday released a tri- umphant campaign adver- tisement declaring his first 100 days in office a success, and branding news media that have reported otherwise as “FAKE NEWS.”
The 30-second television advertisement and a series of more targeted versions that are to run online are the lat- est examples of Mr. Trump’s extraordinarily early return to politicking at a time when most presidents would be spending their time pushing through their highest legislative priorities.
It follows a frenetic week in which Mr. Trump, after having rejected the 100-day mark as an indicator of the success or failure of his presi- dency, sat for several inter- views and dispatched his top advisers for virtually nonstop
spots on the floor as well. “There are rows of empty seats
here,” he noted, adding that the crowd was not at capacity.
Former Adviser To 4 Presidents Disturbed By Trump’s Speech At Rally
A former adviser to three Re- publican presidents called the speech Donald Trump gave before a crowd of supporters and empty seats on Saturday in Pennsylvania the “most divi- sive” he has ever heard from a president.
David Gergen, a CNN po- litical analyst who advised Re- publican Presidents Richard Nixon, Gerald Ford and Ronald Reagan — and Dem- ocratic President Bill Clinton — said he found the speech “deeply disturbing” with little
— again ― as “fake news,” vowed to topple Obamacare and promised to build the bor- der wall between Mexico and the U. S.
“Don’t worry, we’re going to have the wall,” Trump said at the rally marking his 100th day as president. “Rest assured. Go home, go to sleep.”
Gergen said on a CNN panel following Trump’s speech that bringing “your campaign speech into the presidency is something presidents rarely do.”

President Abruptly Ends Interview With CBS After Asked About ‘Obama Wiretap’ Claim
President Trump cut short an interview with the host of “Face the Nation” on CBS after being asked about his unsubstantiated claim that President Barack Obama wiretapped his campaign, say- ing he was entitled to his own “opinions.”

on a number of issues, and he reached his breaking point when Mr. Dickerson asked
about his bombshell Twitter post from early March describ- ing Mr. Obama as a ‘bad and“sick’ man.
“You don’t have to ask me,” the president said, cutting off Mr. Dickerson in midsen- tence.
“Why not?” the host asked. “Because I have my own opin- ions. You can have your own opinions,” Mr. Trump shot
back.
With that, Mr. Trump ter-
minated the interview. Saying, “O.K., it’s enough.”
