Gamma Theta Omega, Incorporated And Partners Present 2020 Scholarships
Gamma Theta Omega, Incorpo- rated in partnership with Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated, Gamma Theta Omega Chapter and the Hills- borough Education Foundation, pres- ents the 2020 Scholarship Awards.
Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, the annual Miss Teenage Tampa Pag- eant and Little Miss Rosebud College Endowment and Enrichment Program were cancelled, however Gamma Theta Omega is committed to the students of Tampa Bay, and have presented the following awards.
Gamma Theta Omega Chapter President is Mrs. Elaine H. Bryant; the Scholarship Committee Chairman is Mrs. Carla White Sunday, and the Co-Chairman is Mrs. Donna Cason. Little Miss Rosebud Chairman is Mrs. Blanche A. Turner, and the Co-Chairman is Mrs. Jamela Mc-

The 2020 Miss Teenage Tampa participants - $3,000 scholarship: Britnee Blake, Aaliyah Fulks, Kayla Hardy, Zoie Mulkey,
Damaya Paige, Taylor Scurry, Kendra Sheppard, Jayla Troupe, Jalissa Walker, and Tamia Whitaker.
The 2020 Heritage Award Recipi- ents - $750 scholarship: Kyla Battle, Saigan Boyd, Joidyn Clark, Ranita Holland, Nyah Moore, McKayla Sauri, Jacobi O. Speights, and Justin Wise.
The 2020 Hillsborough Community College Awards -$500: Elisha John Baptiste, Kacy Barker, Rosie La- guerre, and Barronnie Stephens.
The 2020 Gamma Theta Omega Presidential Award -$1,500: Kateri Espinosa.
The 2020 Little Miss Rosebud:
Denise Gilmore - Winner. Re- ceived Florida University Prepaid 1-
Year College Plan Scholarship valued at $7,000, pink bicycle (incentive award as first participant to raise $5,000).
Brianna Clerveaux - 1st Runner- up. Received Florida 529 College Sav- ings Plan valued at $1,000.
Reagan Collins - 2nd Runner-up. Received Florida 529 College Savings Plan valued at $750, pink bicycle (in- centive award as 2nd participant to raise $2,500).
Tayler Shepherd - 3rd Runner- up. Received Florida 529 College Sav- ings Plan valued at $500.
Alayna Holman - 4th Runner-up. Received Florida 529 College Savings
Plan valued at $250.
