Ms. Jasmine Wynne’s
sentencing hearing has been scheduled for November 17, 2021.
According to court docu- ments, Ms. Wynne was em- ployed as a Postal Clerk with the United States Postal Serv- ice (“USPS”) and was assigned to a Post Office in St. Peters- burg. Between June 2017 and September 2019, Ms. Wynne conspired with oth- ers to commit bank fraud.
Ms. Wynne allegedly used her status and the special access she enjoyed as an em- ployee of the USPS to open First Class mail entrusted for

delivery to the Postal Service. She then photographed the contents of the mail, which in- cluded victim bank account information and personal identifying information (“PII”). She also took photo- graphs of United States Pass- port applications that were processed at her Post Office location. These applications also contained PII and bank account information. Ms.
Wynne then emailed the photographs to coconspira- tors who utilized the PII and bank account information to commit bank fraud.
Ms. Wynne also used her position as a USPS employee to access and steal at least one restricted Postal Arrow key. An Arrow key is a special mas- ter key that opens USPS col- lection boxes, banks of mailboxes at apartment com- plexes, and any other mail- boxes. The Arrow keys are manufactured for the USPS and distributed through con- trolled channels.
Ms. Wynne provided the stolen Postal Arrow key to her co-conspirators in exchange for payment so that they could steal mail from locked mail- boxes and secure additional PII and other information for use in the bank fraud conspir- acy.
