Mrs. Obama Makes Her Last Stop On ‘Ellen’ Before Leaving The White House
The First Family is mak- ing their rounds as they pre- pare to leave the White House for good, so of course First Lady Michelle Obama had to stop by the Ellen Degeneres Show.
Mrs. Obama was natu- rally fabulous as she opened up about raising her children in the White House, what the family will miss most, being the first African-Amer- ican First Lady and more.
Speaking on what they'll miss most when all is said and done, FLOTUS says it's the White House staff who have helped guide their fam- ily for eight years.
"Think about it: The girls have grown up in the White

They've loved us. They've taken care of us. The minute we leave, that's it."
Although her teen daugh- ters Sasha and Malia are well aware that their time in the White House is almost up, Mrs. Obama shared that she anticipates it being more difficult than they think to say goodbye in Jan- uary. "I'm sure the girls will have a tough time," she added.
The First Lady smiled as she sang both of her daugh- ters' well-deserved praises and spoke about how proud she is of the way they've han- dled the process of becoming young women with the world watching.
Accusing Republicans of fanning hate, President Barack Obama on Tuesday stepped in to defend Hillary Clinton, about her health and her handling of fresh trouble on her campaign.
Speaking at an outdoor rally in a Democratic strong- hold, President Obama praised Clinton as the most qualified candidate ever to seek the office and mocked her opponent Donald Trump as "not fit in any way" to lead. He suggested Clinton was again the victim of unfair treatment and a scandal machine that has dogged her throughout her long political career.
"What sets Hillary apart is that through it all she just keeps on going and she does- n't stop caring and she does- n't stop trying and she never stops fighting for us even if we haven't always appreci- ated it," Obama said. "I un- derstand, we're a young country, we are a restless country. We always like the new shiny thing. I benefited from that when I was a candi- date, and we take for granted
sometimes what is steady and true. And Hillary Clinton is steady and she is true."
The remarks were the clos- est the President came to mentioning Clinton's rough weekend, during which she disparaged "half" of Trump supporters and then back- tracked somewhat on her re- marks.
She also was forced to abruptly leave a 9/11 com- memoration ceremony early after becoming ill. Her doctor said Sunday she has pneumo- nia hours after the Demo- cratic nominee stumbled and exited.
The incident seems certain to prompt further scrutiny of Clinton's health and her campaign's transparency -- though Republican rival Donald Trump was un- characteristically silent throughout a solemn day marking the 15th anniversary of the September 11 attacks.
Clinton was caught on video struggling to stay on her feet. She canceled cam- paign events this week to re- cover, but was back on the trail Thursday.

October Essence And InStyle Magazines:
The Obamas Grace Covers Of Two Magazines In October And Social Media Goes Crazy
It’s the end of an era.
So before they walk out those famed front doors for the last time, one of the most magnified First Fami- lies in White House history is making history in another way, by covering not one, but two major magazines’ October issues — together on the cover of Essence and First Lady Michelle solo on the cover of InStyle.
The most iconic policy creators, game changers,
fashion-forward and social media-savvy couple in White House history is mak- ing history in another way.
President and Mrs. Obama are just months away from leaving the White House after eight years. During that time, the world has followed along as First Lady Obama set trends as a fashion icon, wearing labels like Naeem Khan and Brandon Maxwell on the regular. Not to mention Malia and Sasha setting the tone by being trend-setting teenagers.
ESSENCE sent the First Family off with a hug and a salute. President and Mrs. Obama cover the Oc- tober issue of ESSENCE magazine, in which they talk about their life in the White House, the state of the na- tion and the legacy they
hope to leave behind.
On the cover, the couple
is pictured standing close to one another, flashing big smiles, as the first lady gen- tly rests her hand on the president's chest.
But the stunning cover photo has been upstaged by a sweet snap inside the issue, showing the couple holding hands as they lov- ingly stare into one an- other's eyes. This photo set the internet on fire. The photo was taken in front of a window inside the White House, and has garnered praise from fans on social media.
While the Obamas have undoubtedly brought a re- freshing change to the White House—and politics in general—Mrs. Obama says that she hopes their visibility will continue to in- spire Black boys and girls.
