COVID-19 Vaccine Information
Progress Village Park, lo- cated at 8701 Progress Blvd., Tampa, FL, 33619, will be open from8A.M.to5P.M.,Mon- day through Friday, for resi- dents who want a free COVID test or Pfizer vaccine. Walk-ins accepted. Face masks are re- quired, except during the nasal swab.
In accordance with federal guidelines, health insurance information will be collected; however, individuals who do not have health insurance will still be tested.
People being tested should bring a photo ID (driver’s li- cense, state-issued ID, or pass- port) with name and date of birth, as well as their health in- surance card (if applicable).
