MR. LEONARD THOMPSON
A Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Leonard Thompson “Fella” of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Friday, August 6, 2021, will be held on Monday, August 16th, at 4:00 p.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Boulevard.
Mr. Leonard Thompson was born on August 3, 1964, in York, Pennsylvania, to Leonard Thompson, Sr., and Shirley Ann Thompson. He was an avid fish- erman and enjoyed cooking and collecting comic books.
He leaves to cherish his par- ents Leonard, Sr., and Shirley Thompson; brother, Brian Wade (Denise); sister Nichelle (Terry) Johnson; aunt, Ella Mae (Willie) Dismuke; uncles, Theodore (Jac- kee) Miller, Tyrone Miller and Dale (Sal) Thompson of York, Pennsylvania; nephews, Jonathon Forbes, Andrew Thompson, and Darrin Thomp- son; niece, Candace Thompson; many cousins and family friends.
The service will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Mon- day, August 16, 2021, from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the Chapel on Monday for the service. We are following the CDC guide- lines.

Homegoing Services for Mr. Jackie “JRED” Smith, who passed away on July 31, 2021, will be held on Saturday, August 14, 2021, at the Temple Terrace United Methodist Church, 5030 E. Busch Blvd., Tampa, FL, Pas- tor Bernard Mason, officiating.
Mr. Smith was born Decem- ber 9, 1952, in Tampa, FL. He re- ceived his education in the public schools of Hillsborough County.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Mr. Archie Smith, Sr. and Mrs. Annie Helen (Hunt) Smith; brother, Archie Smith, Jr. and daughter, Adia Shamara Smith.
“JRED” as he was often re- ferred, worked as a truck driver and construction worker before he retired.
He leaves to cherish his memory: a devoted wife, Gloria “Peaches” (King) Smith; chil- dren, Jackie, Jr. Jabari, and Aisha Smith and Sean and Chris Green; sisters, Mary (Frank) White, Barbara Hogan, Joyce Smith; brother, Donald Smith, Sr.; sisters-in- law, Mary Smith, and Carolyn King; grandchil- dren, Jada, Tiana, Jhabri, Jaden, Jaxon, Justus, Devin, Jalena, Jakeel, Jakayla, Chyna, and Austin; nephews and nieces; Arthur and (Yoli) Love, Anissa Love, Anjetta and (Calvin) Marshall, Michael and (Danza) Smith, Nicole and (Kevin) Mitchell, Reche and Pierre Smith, Donald Smith, Jr., Derrick Smith, Shawn Williams and Tyanna Smith. Some of Jackie’s favorite past-times included watching sports with his sons and spend- ing time with his grandchildren. He had a big heart and really en- joyed helping others.
There will be a viewing from 10a.m.to11a.m.onlyatthe church before the service. Inter- ment will be @ Rest Haven Me- morial Park and the repast will be immediately after in the fel- lowship hall of the church.

Homegoing Memorial Service for James Bush, Jr., who passed away August 3, 2021, will be held 1 P. M., Saturday, August 14, 2021, at Harmon Funeral Home, 5002 N. 40th St., Tampa, Florida 33610, with Overseer M. W. Brown, of Living In Victory Church, Officiating. A committal by faith will be made in memory of Bro. James Bush, Jr.
James Bush, Jr. was born July 9, 1961, to the late James Bush and Gladys Ealy. He was preceded in death by his brother, Alvin “Sing” Wallace Hill.
On February 13, 1995, James Bush dedicated his life to God. Shortly thereafter he joined the Deeper Life Ministry/Living in Victory, under the leadership of Bishop M. B. Jefferson, where he served until his passing.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his wife, Laverne Bush; 2 children, Ysolin L. Bush and Neveah A. Bush; 2 bonus children, Ashley L. Williams and Mychael A. Morgan; 2 god- daughters, Ja’lin Gonzalez and Jas’myn Brown; 3 brothers: Je- lese Bush, Jed Bush, and Demetrius Moore; 2 sisters, Salina Bush and Latina Bush; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other relatives.

Billie attended school in Hillsborough County. He worked for Denny’s for four years as a cook.
Billie loved and adored his family. And he was loved by many as well as family and friends.
He was preceded in death by: his mother, Eura Dean Bell; great-nephew, Ja’Darris Speights; stepmother, Bertha Trible.

Homegoing services for Brother Michael L. Freema,n also known as “Free” or “Lil Foot,” who passed away on August 3, 2021, will be held on Saturday Au- gust 14, 2021, at 11 a. m., at North- side M. B. Church, 5706 North 40th Street, Tampa, FL 33610, with Pastor Ricardo Robinson, officiating. A committal will be made following the Eulogy.
Mr. Michael Freeman was born on September 8, 1963 to Mother Mary F. Freeman. Michael attended Hillsborough County Public Schools and grad- uated from King High School. Michael was a loving and com- passionate person and he be- friended everyone he met. His passion was repairing lawn care equipment.
Michael accepted the Lord as his personal Savior and was bap- tized on June 27, 2021 at North- side MB Church under the leadership of Pastor Ricardo Robinson. He loved his Pastor and Assistant Pastor, Rev. Leonard Harrington and appreci- ated their leadership and guid- ance.
Michael was preceded in death by: his mother, Mary F. Freeman.
He leaves precious memories with: daughter, Olivia Freeman; 3 grandchildren, Jaden Butler, Janiya Butler and Skylar Mack; his loving and caring sis- ter, Minister Romenthia Fitts: 2 brothers, Darnell (Rosalind) Freeman and Eric Freeman.
