MR. JOHNNIE EARL EVANS (‘Pehokee’)
Mr. Johnnie Earl Evans, known as “Pehokee,” passed away Sunday, August 1, 2021, in Tampa, Florida. The funeral will be held Friday, August 13, 2021 at 11 a. m., at Stone’s Memorial Funeral Parlor, 5016 N. 22nd Street, Tampa, Florida, with Dr. Clayton Kirkland officiating. Burial to follow at The Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Florida. MASKS ARE RE- QUIRED.
Johnnie Earl Evans “Peho- kee” was born on December 11, 1931 to Russell and Nellie Evans in Seffner, FL. He attended the local schools and graduated from Don Thompson High School, and he served in the U. S. Army with an honorable dis- charge. He was a mechanic by trade and displayed his sign, “See Pehokee, he will fix it.”
He was preceded in death by: his parents, Russell and Nel- lie Evans; sisters, Elsie Thomas and Mildred Iverson; brother, Jimmie Iverson, and wife, Kathryn Evans.
He leaves to cherish his memories: 1 brother, Richard; 1 sister, Barbara Anderson; 6 nieces, Deidre Cochran (Julius), Betty Cribbs (Roger), Shawntae Allen (Corey), Sonya Iverson, Lisa Brooks, and Trinity Hayes; 13 nephews, Robert White, Dar- ryl Anderson (Cindy), Alton An- derson (Claudia), Jimmie Iverson (Heather), Vincent Iverson (La’Verne), Jermaine Iverson, Louis Thomas, Jr., Samuel Jones, Marquis Cochran, Julius Cochran, Jr. (Shauna), Javari Johnson, Titus Evans, and Willie Jones
There will be public viewing on Friday, August 13, 2021, from 10 -11 a. m., at Stone’s Memorial Funeral Parlor prior to service.

MRS. SANDRA L. TWIGGS CARRINGTON
Mrs. Sandra L. Twiggs Car- rington of Tampa, Florida, passed away on Tuesday, August 5, 2021. Funeral Services will be con- ducted on Saturday, August 14, 2021, at 2 p. m. at Revealing Truth Ministries, 5201 N. Armenia Av- enue, Tampa, Florida 33603, with Pastor Lamar Mills, officiating. Interment will be Monday, August 16, 2021 at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
Mrs. Sandra Twiggs Carring- ton was a native of Tampa, Florida, and a resident for 63 years. She attended Jefferson High School and Tampa College, where she received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Adminis- tration and Computer Informa- tion Technology. She was a member of Revealing Truth Min- istries, where she served in the Choir and on the Usher Board. She was employed as an Account- ant at several corporations begin- ning at Kraft and ending at Door and Hardware Openings, Inc.
She leaves to cherish her memory: a devoted and loving husband of 45 years, Henry E. “Greg” Carrington; two loving and caring daughters, Tinika Y. Car- rington and Ashley N. Carrington; a devoted and caring like a daugh- ter, Markesha Grant; a loving and caring sister, Ilene M. Twiggs Bell and husband, Michael; devoted
brother, Leroy Twiggs and wife, Brenda of Latham, New York; two nieces, Doris (Molly) Robinson, and Beatrice (Pat) Wilson and husband, Arthur; devoted uncle, Alvin Smith and wife, Minnie of Bartow, Florida; aunt, Miriam (Peaches) Brinson of Ft. MRS. BRENDA JOYCE McNEIL
Mrs. Brenda Joyce McNeil, of Tampa, Florida, passed away on Saturday, July 31, 2021. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, August 14, 2021, 11 a. m., at Mt. Pleasant Missionary Baptist Church, 2002 N. Rome Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33607, with Pastor C. T. Kirkland, offi- ciating. Interment will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Park.
Mrs. McNeil was a resident of Tampa for sixty-one years. She attended Brandon High School and Brewster Technical College. She was employed as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Padgett Nursing Home in Tampa.
Mrs. McNeil was preceded in death by: her mother, Lowlittle Williams; sister, Mary Williams; and brother, James Earl John- son.
She leaves to cherish fond memories: her husband, John T. McNeil; one daughter, Tiffany Alexander of Tampa; three sons, Larry Williams (Tamesha) of Tampa; Joshua Williams and John McNeil, both of New York; two sisters, Gloria Williams and Anna Hickman (David, Sr.) of Tampa; one brother, Arthur Williams, Jr. (Delores) of Tampa; thirteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, uncles, and other family mem- bers.

MR. RALPH MULLINS
Mr. Ralph Mullins of Tampa, Florida, passed away on Sunday, August 1, 2021. Funeral Services will be conducted on Saturday, August 14, 2021, at 11 a. m., at Christ Fellowship Church, 300 E. Sligh Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33604, with Pastor Brian Elliott, officiating.
Mr. Mullins was a native of Dothan, Alabama and resided in Tampa, Florida for more than 60 years. Mr. Mullins retired hon- orably from military service in the United States Army.
He was preceded in death by: five children, Delores McCloud, Gina Wise, Jamie Mullins, Ralph Mullins, Jr., and Michael Mullins; mother, Jules Mullins; and father, Julius Mullins.
Mr. Mullins leaves to cherish fond memories: two sons, Charles Mullins and wife, Linda; and Rico Wise; six daughters, Pamela Orellano, Shenethia Mullins, Sondra Mullins, Thia Sheppard, Geneva Ross and hus- band, Marlon, and Myeesha Mullins; many grandchildren; several great grandchildren; and a host of loving relatives and friends.
