The sorority has a long standing partnership with Ann’s Favorite Boutique, whose fashions will be mod- eled during the luncheon. Dr. Ann Favorite, owner and fashion show coordina- tor will serve as the narrator.

tional scholarships, we are able to encourage and de- velop the potential of our youth. Our primary focus is education, and we strive to inspire students to advance themselves through educa- tion. This is the 37th year of the scholarship and fashion show luncheon fundraiser,” said President Varneese Tramel.
This year the sorority will honor the legacy of Dr. Sylvia Marion Carley, long standing member of the

organization and scholarship chairman, who passed away earlier this year. Addition- ally, Mary E. McCullough and Dr. Sylvia Marion Carley book awards will be given to deserving students; as well as the Essie D. Roberson Memorial Schol- arship and the Deloris Sin- gleton Family Scholarship.
Last year’s Singleton Family Scholarship was pre- sented to Mendel Black, Brewster Technical College student.
