Abe Brown Ministries, Inc. (Ready 4 Work Hillsbor- ough) shared good news that on December 14, 2015, The Florida Medical Clinic Foun- dation of Caring Awards gave a $10,000 Grant to Ready 4 Work Hillsborough to assist with servicing federal inmates released as a result of Amend- ment 782. This will allow Abe Brown Ministries to expand services to non-state funded Ready 4 Work Hills- borough clients who fall out- side of the 1-year of release requirement and those who are not on community super- vision through the Florida De- partment of Correction, yet they still need these re-entry and family services.
They also offer life coach- ing, employment, training, and job placement assistance to enable individuals to be- come productive, responsible citizens within the commu- nity.
Abe Brown Ministries was founded in 1976 in the State of Florida. It’s a faith-community based, 501c3 non-profit or- ganization now under the leadership of Director, Robert Blount.
