Madonna Loses Appeal To Stop Sale Of Breakup Letter From Tupac
A judge made the ruling in a court hearing on Tuesday (June 4). According to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, a New York State appeals court ruled Madonna can't pursue claims against art consultant Darlene Lutz or Gotta- HaveRockandRoll.com, the online auction house, to stop the sale of Tupac's letter.
The appeal stems from Madonna's 2018 lawsuit, in which attempted to stop the

sale of the letter. In the hand- written breakup letter, Tupac confessed that he ended his sexual relationship with Madonna because she's white. A judge previ- ously tossed the case, citing a release that the singer signed in 2004. The appellate court upheld the judge's ruling in a 5-0 decision.
Tupac's letter will offi- cially be up for auction in July 2019.

Meek Mill Granted New Hearing In
Front Of Superior Court Judges,
Not Judge Brinkley
PHILADELPHIA, PA – Meek Mill was granted an appellate court hearing with the Superior Court in Philadelphia on Tuesday (June 4), according to a state- ment obtained by HipHopDX.
The Philly rapper’s legal team will have the chance to advocate for Meek’s original conviction to be overturned in front of the Pennsylvania Superior Court – not Judge Genece Brinkley, the con- troversial judge who’s been accused of having a personal vendetta against the Champi- onships artist.

The Philly D. A. advocated for a new trial just last month.
Graham testified Meek was selling drugs and point- ing a gun at police officers at the time of his arrest, but Meek insists that isn’t true. Graham’s fellow officer, Jerold Gibson, submitted a sworn affidavit that corrobo- rated Meek’s story.
Throughout Meek’s legal ordeal, it was discovered Meek’s 2007 original arrest- ing officer Reginald Gra- ham was entangled in
corruption scandals and pro- vided false testimony, includ- ing on Meek’s case.
