Time, it goes by too fast, love our children as time it will not last, seems like a blink of an eye and they’re starting a new past, love your children because time will not last.
She entered our world as a bundle of joy, she gained knowl- edge and blossomed fast, this kid was something special who knew it would last.
She’s turning another chapter as she graduates from Armwood High with Honors, and has accepted a scholarship to St. Leo Uni- versity.

LEA LOREN ESTRILL
Lea Loren Estrill, a senior at Wharton High School in Tampa, FL, is the daughter of Jearl and Tamara (Fleming) Lett and Mr. Kelvin Estrill, and she is the granddaughter of John and Gail Billups, Hildreth and Queen Fleming, Guy and Sandra Sideboard and Alphonso Estrill. Lea has two brothers, Alec Estrill and Noah Lett.
She is a member of the Greater Tampa Chamber of Jack and Jill of America, Inc, serving as Teen Treasurer, Community Service Chair and Foundation Chair.
In addition, she has served in a leadership capacity on her high school softball team and is a writer and photographer on the Whar- ton High School Yearbook staff.
In her community, Lea is an active volunteer and a member of Alpha Kappa Alpha Precious Pearls.
Lea will attend Florida Atlantic University, majoring in Com- munications and Pre-Med.

Tampa Ranks Low Among Most Affordable Places To Live
According to the financial website, NerdWallet, Tampa ranks 84th on a list of “Most Af- fordable Places.” Landing at 79 was Jacksonville, making them the only two cities in Florida listed on the ranking.
According to the study, many of the cheapest places in the United States are also where residents earn the least money. The study made the distinction between cheap and affordable by comparing a place’s median income with its cost of living.
According to the study, Tampa’s median income was $41,927. Ranking first in the study was Plano, Texas, with a median income of $81,800.
