RAY WILLIAMS
MR. SYLVESTER PENNY, JR.
Mr. Sylvester Penny, Jr. of Tampa, passed away Monday, November 20, 2017. Funeral services will be conducted Sat- urday, December 2nd, at 3:30 p. m. at Tabernacle of Hope, 6907 N. Nebraska Avenue, Tampa, FL, 33604 with Pastor Kenneth Stewart, officiating.
Mr. Penny was a native and lifelong resident of Tampa, Florida. He was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County and furthered his edu- cation in the Culinary Arts. He later gained employment at Berns Steak House as a chef. Sylvester loved cooking and playing with his band. Although he wasn’t a member of any church, he was a firm believer in Christ.
He was preceded in death by: his parents, father, Sylvester Penny, Sr.; mother, Margaret Penny; brother, Jerome Penny; grandmother, Emma Penny and Irene Godfrey; and brother-in- law, Ronnie Felton.
He leaves to cherish his memory: a devoted wife of 30 years, Tina Felton Penny; his children, Chemetria Penny, Nenyia “Shawn” Veal, Andrew Albert Sherrod, Jr., Teia Sher- rod, Jennifer Harris, Pierre Sherrod and Florian Felton; 21 grandchildren; siblings, Teresa Smith (Frank), Margaret Yvette Ashford (Edward), Eric Penny (Ladonna), Aubrey Penny, James Godfrey (Ella Mae), Tommy Henderson (Sharon), Issac Godfrey, Willabea Whet- stone, Jerome Penny and Bernie Penny (Leah); sister-in- law, Linda Kay of Leesburg, FL; brothers-in-law, Reggie Felton, James Felton, Jr. and Kenny Lofton; close friends, Sheri Knight, Velda Simms, Stephanie McDowell and Bug; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, other sorrowing relatives, friends and the Ybor City Healthcare family.
The remains will repose after 5 p. m. Friday, December 1st, at Ray Williams Funeral Home, 301 N. Howard Avenue.

REV. GEORGE LEE WILLIAMS
Rev. George Lee Williams was born on April 7, 1930 to Rev. Leynton and Marie Williams. He was a life-long res- ident of Homeland and Fort Meade in Polk County, Florida. He was educated in the Polk County School System. He was married to Jeanette Coleman Williams for 58 years, (deceased 2008). He was Pastor at Beulah Baptist Church from 1971 to 2011 (retired in 2011). He served as Pastor of Bethel Baptist Church from 1968 to 2013.
Rev. George rendered his life to the service and ministry to God’s work for over six (6) decades. As a humanitarian, he along with his wife often took in strangers needing a place to stay. Together they loved, nur- tured and cared for them as if they were family.
Rev. Williams taught by pre- cept and example that we should all love unconditionally, forgive and help those that are less for- tunate. He had no restrictions, when providing help to others. Rev. Williams was always avail- able for his family and commu- nity.
To sum up his life, Rev. was a worthy, humble vessel that was used by GOD!
Rev. George L. Williams passed away peacefully on Fri- day, November 24, 2017.
He leaves to cherish his lov- ing memories: 7 children, Wanda Whitehurst (H erbert) Fort Meade, FL; Ellen Williams, Seffner, FL; Alicia Williams, Winter Haven, FL; Karen Williams, Fort Meade, FL; George Wayne Williams, St. Petersburg, FL; Michael Williams (Sheryl), Fort Meade, FL; Wendell Williams, Sr. (Geraldine), Bartow, FL; 43 grandchildren and 73 great- grandchildren have enjoyed his sincere affection.
Family and friends whose lives Rev. Williams has touched are invited to Beulah Baptist Church, 702 South French Ave., Fort Meade, Florida, 33841 on Friday, December 01, 2017from5p.m.–7p.m.for the Wake.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, December 02, 2017 at 11 a. m. at First Baptist Church Fort Meade, 307 E. Broadway St., Fort Meade, FL 33841.

MRS. DEBORAH CELESTE FELDER
A Celebration of Love and Life for Mrs. Deborah Celeste Felder of Tampa, who went to be with her Heavenly Father on Sunday, November 26, 2017, will be held Saturday, December 2, 2017, at 2 p. m. at Beulah Bap- tist Institutional Church, 1006 W. Cypress Street, Tampa, FL, with Reverend Dr. W. James Favorite, officiating. Interment will follow at Rest Haven Memo- rial Park Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Walter and Odessa Gyden; sister, Christine Gyden; and brother Bernard Gyden.
Mrs. Felder leaves to cherish wonderful and fond memories with: her loving husband, Robert W. Felder; children, Deitrah C. Felder, Robert Eric Felder, Tonya Gigax, Stacey Alton Cooper, Bobbi La’Shawn Adams and Auyanna Maddison; grandchildren; sister, Jeanette Roberts; brother, Walter Gyden, Jr.; sisters-in-law, brothers-in- law, an aunt, nieces, nephews, cousins and a host of other fam- ily and friends, who knew and loved her dearly.
Deborah was born March 12, 1956 in Tampa and attended the public schools of Hillsborough County, graduating in 1972 from C. Leon King High School. She began her long career with MetLife in 1973.
The visitation will be held from5p.m.–8p.m.andthe family will receive friends from 6p.m.–7p.m.onFriday,De- cember 1, 2017 in the chapel at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, FL. Friends are asked to assemble at the church on Saturday at approxi- mately 1:45 p.m.

MS. CHARNETA ‘BEANIE’ SCOTT
Ms. Charneta “Beanie” Scott of Tampa, passed away on Mon- day, November 20, 2017. Fu- neral services will be conducted Saturday, December 2nd, at 10 a. m. at The Center For Manifes- tation, 3102 E. Lake Avenue. In- terment will follow in Orange Hill Cemetery.
Ms. Charneta was a native of Washington, D. C. and a resi- dent of Tampa for over 40 years. She was educated in the public schools of Hillsborough County. She was employed by the School District of Hillsborough County - Wharton High School. She en- joyed reading books, watching movies, crossword puzzles, music and hanging out with family and friends at the beach watching the sunset.
She was preceded in death by: her father, Bobby McNeil.
Charneta leaves to cherish her memory: five daughters, Shadona, Shalonda, Shaveair, Micheia and Albertina; one son, Ronnie, III (Ginny); grandchil- dren, Ne’Kivia, Neaveh, Jozanna, Josiah, Lyllian, Ari- anna, Terraen, Terrance, Mariah, Sariah, Savion, King, and Kameron; mother, Carol B. MR. JACKSON LEON FREEMAN
Mr. Jackson Leon Freeman departed this life on November 26, 2017. Funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 2, 2017 at 2 p. m. at Laura Street Church of Christ, 1310 E. Laura Street, Plant City, Florida, Brother William Kerrison, Minis- ter, with Brother Ulysses Richard- son, officiating. Interment will follow in Garden of Peace Ceme- tery, Plant City, FL.
Mr. Freeman was preceded in death by: his parents, Edward and Helen Freeman; and his sister, Frenda Faye Jones.
Jack leaves to cherish fond memories of him with: his brother, Edward M. Freeman (Jacqueline); three sisters, Edith Roberts (Charles), Helen Yates (Charlie) and Brenda Sanders (Henry); aunt, Opal Pearson; ten nephews, Marcus Durant (Rogina), Charles Roberts, III, Ali Jones, Michael Sanders (Aus- tralia), Jason Freeman (Shana), Anthony Freeman (Tiffany), Brandon Culpepper (Asia), Mark Sanders, Matthew Sanders and Roderick Bernard Roberts, II and other relatives and friends.
Jack was born on July 24, 1956 in Plant City, Florida to the parentage of Edward and Helen Freeman. At an early age Jack be- came a member of Laura Street Church of Christ. He worked faithfully in many capacities and he loved serving in the church. Jack attended Lincoln Elementary School and graduated from Mar- shall High School on June 6, 1973.
He was employed with Lykes Brothers and he retired after working there for 23 years. Mr. Freeman later became self-em- ployed in various enterprises.
There will be a viewing on Fri- day, December 1, 2017 from 5- 7 p. m. at Laura Street Church of Christ, Plant City, Florida. Friends are asked to assemble at the church at approximately 1:45 p. m. Saturday for the service.
