Tampa Man Charged With Strangling Woman To Death
Police Continue To Search For Man Who Shot Neighbor
Detectives are continuing to search for a man in con- nection with a fatal shooting. The shooting took place Sun- day night at an apartment complex.
According to the Hillsbor- ough County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to the Uptown District of Tampa Apartment Complex, 13712 N. 19th Street, around 6:30 p.m., in reference to a shooting.
When they arrived, they learned the victim had al- ready been transported to Ad- ventHealth Hospital. The man was pronounced dead at the hospital. No addi- tional information about the victim has been released by police.
During their investigation into the shooting, police learned that Kendrick James, 31, had become en- gaged in an argument with his neighbor. At some point during the confrontation, James is alleged to have shot the neighbor.
James is said to have fled the scene in a 2015 Nissan Al- tima, FL license plate JJQ-

Detectives said James should not be approached if he is seen. Detectives have arrested a man in connection with a murder that took place last year. The arrest took place on Tuesday morning in the 2400 block of E. Hillsborough Av- enue.
According to the Tampa Police Department, Gary Tyrone Danielle, 48, has been charged with first-de- gree murder, tampering with physical evidence, and grand theft of a motor vehicle. He is being held at the Hillsbor- ough County Jail without bond.
Danielle is charged with the murder of 28-year-old Laurie Marie Pietscher, of Sebring. Her body was found on October 19, 2018, behind a business at 3712 N. 15th Street.
Police are not sure where the murder had taken place. Ms. Pietscher had been strangled and her vehicle was

As a result of their inves-
tigation, Danielle was in- dicted in the case. He was arrested Tuesday morning.
