Detectives with the Hills- borough County Sheriff’s Of- fice have issued a warrant for a suspect in a murder case. The murder took place on January 17, 2018.
The warrant has been is- sued for 23-year-old Javon Rakeem Turner. Turner is known to frequent the Grant Park area where the murder took place. Detectives said Turner should be con- sidered armed and danger- ous.
On the day of the murder, deputies responded to 3703

Caraway Street, in reference to a shooting. When they ar- rived, they discovered 22- year-old Elijah Moore had been struck by gunfire. Moore died at the scene.

The drivers who were re- portedly drag racing on Bayshore Blvd., last Wednes- day will face additional charges. The infant injured in the crash died Thursday night.
Ms. Jessica (Reisinger) Raubenolt, 24, was pushing her daughter in a stroller across Bayshore Blvd., shortly before noon when she was struck by a vehicle. Ms. Reaubenolt died shortly after arriving at Tampa Gen- eral Hospital. Her 21-year-old daughter, Lillia Raubenolt, was hospitalized in critical condition. The accident hap- pened at the intersection of W. Knights Avenue.
Ms. Raubenolt and her daughter were struck by a 2018 Ford Mustang, driven by 18-year-old Cameron Coyle Herrin, of Tampa. Witnesses told police the vehicle was traveling at a high rate of speed and racing with another vehicle at the time of the acci- dent. Tristan Herrin, 20, was a passenger in the Ford Mustang.
Police said she was at- tempting to cross a lawful crosswalk at a pedestrian
ramp when the accident took place.
Witnesses also told police that the Ford Mustang was drag racing with a gold Nissan driven by 17-year-old John Bartrineau, of Brandon. At times, the two cars were side by side, and at other times, they switched places and switched lanes.
Cameron Herrin and John Barrineau were ar- rested and charged with street racing, vehicular homicide, and reckless driving resulting in serious bodily injury.
Tristan Herrin was charged with racing. He was charged under the Florida statute that says it is illegally to “knowingly ride as a pas- senger in any such race, com- petition, contest, test, or exhibition.”
Cameron Herrin and John Barrineau will now face 1 count of street racing and 2 counts of vehicular homicide.
The day after the accident, the City of Tampa posted signs lowering the speed limit on Bayshore Blvd., from 40 miles per hour to 35 miles per hour.

A 4-year-old child was crit- ically injured after he fell through a window. The acci- dent took place Thursday shortly before 6 p.m.
According to police, Angel C. Holmes, 3403 N. 18th Street, was talking to a neigh- bor through the open window on the second floor. He pressed against the window screen and fell to the concrete below.
Police said he was crying and conscious when Tampa Fire Rescue arrived. Holmes, who turned 4 on May 17th, was transported to St. Joseph’s Hospital, where he was admit- ted in crucial condition.
A neighbor witnessed the accident and no charges are pending.
Man Wanted For Having Sex With Teenager

The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office is currently searching for a man who had consensual sexual intercourse with a juvenile. Several inci- dents took place between Oc- tober 1, 2017 and April 14, 2018.
According to police, 24- year-old Charles Travis Watts reportedly began hav- ing sex with the victim when she was 14 years old.
Detectives used investiga- tive techniques to corroborate the testimony of the victim.

Man 8 Years In Prison
A federal judge sentenced a man to prison for posses- sion of a firearm as a con- victed felon. He pleaded guilty to the charge on Febru- ary 12, 2018.
U. S. District Judge Mary Scriven sentenced Xavier D. Stewart, 39, of Temple Terrace, to 8 years and 4 months in federal prison.
According to court docu- ments, over the course of sev- eral days in August and September 2016, Stewart sold undercover agents co- caine and several firearms, including a semi-automatic pistol and a .357 caliber rifle. He sold the firearms to the

agents knowing or having reason to believe that they would be unlawfully resold.
