Madea’s Boo Halloween Tops Box Office For 2nd Week
Tyler Perry is still the top dog at the box office with one of his funniest movies yet.
LL Cool J To Produce American Version Of ‘Brotherhood’ For TV

LL Cool J is developing a
version of U.K. TV show “Brotherhood” for America.
The rapper, actor and TV host will be stepping behind the camera to produce the adapta- tion for the CBS network.
The original series follows two siblings who move in to- gether to raise their 10-year-old brother following the death of their mother.
LL Cool J will work along- side executive producer Michael Borkow, who is best known for his work on “Friends,” “Malcolm in the Middle” and “Mom.”
“Brotherhood,” which is re- ported to be in early stages of development, marks LL Cool J’s first-ever executive pro- ducer credit, and the first scripted series he has worked on as a producer.
He is a producer and host of Spike TV’s very popular con- test show “Lip Sync Battle.”

Tyler Perry's Halloween comedy has retained the top spot at the US box office - holding off competition from Tom Hanks's latest film In- ferno.
Boo! A Madea Halloween,
which Perry directed, wrote, co-produced and stars in, took $16.7m on its second weekend of release.
Brown novel, scored a rela- tively disappointing $15m to debut in second place.
The latest film in the Da Vinci Code series has received poor reviews.
The previous film in the franchise, Angels & Demons, had a considerably more suc- cessful opening weekend in 2009 - taking $46.1 million.
Mariah Carey is looking to change the laws of boyfriend and girlfriend relationships. According to reports, the music superstar wants $50 million from billionaire ex-fi- ance James Packer follow- ing their recent split that has according to reports has be- come nasty.
Usually, that kind of money, or any money of sorts, are only awarded following a divorce, but sources say that Carey be- lieves James has cost her tens of millions of dollars. Carey was ordered out of her L.A. home recently. She refused be- cause she feels Packer should
buy her a home since she up- rooted from her New York mansion.
Carey claims she deserved the funds because:
— She claims he got her to move from New York to L.A., uprooting her entire life, so he could be near his kids.
— She claims the incident on the yacht in Greece — where she says he did some- thing awful to her assistant — has traumatized Mariah so much she had to cancel the South American leg of her tour and he made various financial promises to her.

Democratic Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton kicked off her 69th birthday with a musical bang. While ap- pearing on New York’s Power 105 “The Breakfast Club” Wednesday morning, the for- mer Secretary of State got a special birthday serenade from music legend, Stevie Won- der.
During Clinton’s second in- terview with Charlamagne Tha God, Angela Yee, and DJ Envy, Wonder per- formed his classic song “Happy Birthday,” while play- ing the Harpejji. Clinton sat and listened in delight with a

huge smile on her face.
Over the weekend, Beyonce paid homage to Pepa, of the iconic 80’s group Salt & Pepa. Angie Beyince, Beyonce’s cousin, celebrated her birthday with an 80’s & 90’s themed birthday party.
Beyonce was in full charac- ter as Pepa, wearing a colorful leather jacket, gold chain, fanny
pack, shiny leggings and hat. Mom, Tina Lawson and Bey’s daughter Blue Ivy completed the trio.
Kelly Rowland was also in attendance, channeling the character Dionne Davenport played by Stacey Dash from Clueless.
