MRS. MARGARET COLLINS CANNEDY
A Homegoing Memorial Serv- ice for Mrs. Margaret Collins Cannedy, of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2021, will be held on Saturday, July 10th, 3:00 p.m. at Aikens Fu- neral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Blvd., Rev. Michael Neely, officiating.
Margaret Collins Cannedy was born on March 12, 1928, in St. Pe- tersburg, FL to the late Angus Collins and Alice Glover Collins. Margaret attended the local pub- lic schools in St. Petersburg and graduated from Gibbs High School.
Her belief in God, lead her to join St. Matthews Missionary Bap- tist Church and later Cathedral of Faith, Inc. She was employed at Padgett’s Nursing Home and St. Joseph’s Hospital for many years and was truly an inspiration to her co-workers.
She was very family-oriented and loved spending her leisure time with her family, friends, and especially her great grandchil- dren, who were the apples of her eye.
Margaret was predeceased by: her son, Charles Collins.
Margaret touched the lives of many people with her kindness and genuine giving heart. Her life is treasured and death is mourned by her loving and devoted chil- dren: Miralyn Neal, Benita Maynor, and Janell Grier, of Tampa, Florida; grandchildren, Adrian Sims and Tammica Neal, of Tampa, FL, Monica Gambrell, of Powder Springs, GA, Benita Cannedy of Atlanta, GA, Sonnita Richards and Jannita Simon, of Lawrenceville, Ga, Jerome Collins, of Aiken, SC, Tara Ben- nett and husband, Andrew, of Sy- lacauga, AL, Rafeil Collins, of Erie, PA, Ashley Lockett and hus- band, Donnelle, and Buera Gam- ble, of West Palm Beach, FL; her loving sister, Ruth C. Martin, of Washington, DC; her spiritual daughters, Lorraine Agunta, of Miami, FL and Sharon Small,, of Atlanta, GA; a host of great grand- children, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
The family and friends are asked to meet at the Chapel on Saturday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.

MRS. DOROTHY ALICE ELIZABETH DAVIS
A Homegoing Service for Mrs. Dorothy Alice Elizabeth Davis “Dot Dot Dot,” of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Monday, June 21, 2021, will be held on Friday, July 9th, 11:00 a.m. at First Baptist Church of College Hill, 3838 N. 29th St, Tampa, FL, 33610, Rev. S. Evan Burrows, officiating.
Dorothy was born on January 31, 1942, in Columbia, South Car- olina, to the late Wade Hampton Frederick and Louise C. Freder- ick. She loved reading her Bible and helping with church events. She was a part of Sowing Seeds Ministry since 2005.
She was very family-oriented and enjoyed hosting friends and family, Sunday dinners and much more.
She was preceded in death by: husband, Herbert Davis; mother, Louise C. Frederick; father, Wade Hampton Frederick; brothers, Hampton Frederick, Henry Frederick, and Billy Cheeks; sisters, Mary L. Cheeks, and Rosa A. Sims; nephews, Henry Frederick, Jr., Ricardo Williams; great nephew, Curtis Jackson; as well as multiple cousins.
She leaves behind to cherish her precious memories: daugh- ter, Lisa L. Davis; granddaughter, Courtnè L. Davis; nieces, Rene D. Williams, Gail P. Frederick, Stephanie Y. Frederick, Yvette Frederick and Eva R. L. Lopez; nephews, Joseph R. Williams, and William E. Frederick.
To include 40 great nieces and nephews, 45 great, great nieces and nephews, and 2 great, great, great nieces and nephews.
She also leaves behind special friends co-worker/best friend, Edith Holland; goddaughter, Erica M. Holland-Wilkerson and Paulette Holland; as well as many other co-workers and friends.
The visitation will be held at Aikens Funeral Home on Thurs- day, July 8th from 4:00-7:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the church on Friday for the service. We are following the CDC guidelines.

MRS. CLYDIE MAE HARLEY
A Memorial Celebration for Mrs. Clydie Mae Harley, of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Mon- day, June 21, 2021, will be held on Saturday, July 10th, 10:00 a.m. at Aikens Funeral Home, 2708 E. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., Blvd., Pastor Karieem Webb, Sr. of Heart Of God Family Worship Center, of- ficiating.
Clydie Mae Harley was born October 9, 1935, in Tampa, Florida, to the parents of Bryant McCardy and Adelle Jones.
She was educated in Hillsbor- ough County Public Schools and retired as a nurse assistant after 30 years from Tampa General Hospital.
She was a member of St. John Cathedral Church for over 20 years with her family. Mrs. Harley was a devoted, loving and car- ing wife, mother, daughter, and sister.
She was preceded in death by: her parents, Adelle Jones and Bryant McCardy; brothers, Jake and Earl Jones; son, Michael Harley, Sr.; niece, Marjorie Ann Phillips-Campbell; sisters-in-law, Beatrice Mathis and Deloris Sin- gleton (Edward); brother-in-law, John Brooks and her best friends, Hattie Mae and Frank Stokes.
She leaves to cherish her pre- cious memories: with her husband of 68 years, Jasper Harley; chil- dren, Debra Jones and Rufus Harley (Estelita); grandson, Michael Harley (Zalavia); great granddaughter, Miia Harley; sis- ters-in-law Gloria Brooks and Josephine Myers; brothers-in-law, Nelson Brooks, Booker T. Brooks (Rozina) and Willie Harley (Betty); nieces, Dr. Yvonne Corp- petts, (Hezekiah), Yvetta Wood- bury, Phyllis Gilliam, (Cedric), Deitra Singleton and Wanda Ben- son (Greg); nephew Clifford Sin- gleton; great nephew, Wayne Price; cousins, Priscilla Jones and Luvennia Jones; a host of family and friends including, Ruby Brown, Bernard Russell and the Stokes Family.

MRS. CASSANDRA TINSELY ‘SAND’
A Graveside Celebration for Mrs. Cassandra Tinsely, “Sand,” of Tampa, Florida, who passed away on Thursday, June 24, 2021, will be held on Saturday, July 10th, 2:00 p.m. at Rest Haven Me- morial Park Cemetery, 4615 E. Hanna Ave., Pastor Rochester Jacob, Sr., officiating. The inter- ment will follow.
Cassandra was born in Palatka, Florida, on August 23, 1954. She spent several years in California and then returning to Florida. She was planted firmly in Tampa, Florida, and became an active member in her commu- nity.
She owned a cleaning busi- ness and an Assistant Living Fa- cility. She loved and cared for others personally and profes- sionally. In fact, at her last job, she was very well-known and liked by all who met her.
Sand gave her life to Christ at an early age. Her deep love for God, the Word, her church family (BRYCG), and Pastors was evi- dent by her conviction to study- ing the Word, evangelizing and teaching Sunday School.
She attended BRYCG “Build- ing Relationship Yielding Chris- tian Growth.”
She enjoyed fishing, volun- teering in the community, watch- ing movies, helping others and spending time with her church family.
She was preceded in death by: her mother, Evangelist Dorothy Tyson (mother).
She leaves to cherish her pre- cious memories with her loving cousins: Ann Powell, Chinnette Stokes (Clint), Lonnie Powell (Nicole), Reggie Powell and Shirley Nickens; a host more of loving cousins; three special life- time friends; Karen Crews, Debra Allen and Mrs. Barbara. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.
The visitation will be held on Friday, July 9th at Aikens Funeral Home from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. The family and friends are asked to meet at the graveside on Saturday for the service.
