One Dead After Road Rage Incident
Woman Arrested After Altercation With Boyfriend

Tampa Police arrested a woman last Wednesday after an altercation with her boyfriend.
According to police, at 10:41 pm., they were called to 11201 North 22nd Street, and when they arrived, a man told offi- cers Ashley Bien Aime, 21, struck him with a tree branch after a verbal argument, leav- ing him with a large cut that would require stitches.
Bien Aime told police her boyfriend struck her and choked her causing a minor in- jury.
Police arrested Bien Aime and charged her with aggra- vated battery with a deadly weapon. She is being held without bond.
Police said the couple have a child in common, and DCF was notified. The boyfriend was not charged, according to police.
Suspects Sought In Drive-By Shooting
On Sunday at 3:30 a. m., the Pasco County Sheriff’s Of- fice reported that several peo- ple were outside of a residence at 5203 Tammy Lane when a suspect in a 4-door sedan stopped in front of the home, and shot at the people.
The vehicle drove east on Tammy Lane and several ad- ditional shots were fired. Some of the victims fled be- fore deputies arrived, and no injuries were reported.
Deputies said this does not appear to be a random act, and they are working to posi- tively identify the shooter and whether anyone else was in the vehicle with him.
During the neighborhood check, a second house on Tammy Lane was found to have damage from a bullet.
Man Facing Aggravated Assault Charges
The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office reports that a road rage incident Friday left one man dead.
Deputies are investigating the shooting that occurred at Bloomingdale Avenue near Kings Avenue. Initial reports indicate two vehicles were stopped in traffic when Ken- neth Michael Cuevas, 27, got out of his car, and walked back to the vehicle behind him. Words were exchanged and shots were fired.
Deputies said Cuevas was shot once, and transported to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The shooter waited for law enforcement to arrive, and investigators said he’s being cooperative with the investi- gation.

The initial investigation has revealed that Cuevas and the shooter had an ear- lier road rage incident mo- ments before the second one that ended with the shooting.
The shooter’s name was not released as the investiga- tion is ongoing.
According to Tampa Po- lice, on October 12th at 11:20 p.m. after a verbal argument with someone at 1805 East Ellicott Street, Shaver Clemons, 26, went to an un- known location on foot.
Police said Clemons re- turned to the victim’s home in a vehicle, and allegedly pointed a firearm at the vic- tim as he drove by. When he returned again later, he was arrested.

Police Identify Man Found Dead In Car
Drug Possession
St. Petersburg Police Homicide Detectives are in- vestigating the death of a man found in a car in an apartment complex Friday morning.
Johnny Tazz Brown, 36, suffered fatal gunshot wounds in front of the Dis- ston Place Apartments, 3940 55th Street, North. Police re- ceived two calls about gun- shots around 4 a.m. and arrived shortly after.

mation will be released about the investigation at this time, including whether any sus- pects have been identified.

search warrant at 1908 29th Street. The warrant was ob- tained as a result of an inves- tigation of drug sales from the residence.
As a result of the search warrant, Elijiata M. Williams, 30, who was on house arrest, was taken into custody, and charged with possession of marijuana with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a park, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, possession of ammunition by a convicted felon, violation of

probation, and other drug charges.
Williams is being held without bond on the charges.

Deputies Arrest Home Invasion Suspect
Pinellas County Sheriff’s deputies arrested a home in- vasion suspect Wednesday after a vehicle pursuit, and they are still searching for his accomplice.
According to reports, at 8:29 p.m., deputies received a call of two men robbing a vic- tim at gunpoint in her apart- ment, 6549 51st Avenue, North. After the robbery, the two men fled in the victim’s vehicle, a 2008 Lexus ES350.
Deputies found the vehicle and initiated a pursuit that led to the suspects crashing the vehicle into a tree. Both suspects fled on foot.
Deputies arrested one of the suspects, 21-year-old Richard B. Cann, and are still searching for the second suspect.
Deputies said the stolen ve- hicle was involved in a minor two vehicle crash at 54th Av- enue, North and 49th Street, North prior to the crash.

Cann has been charged with home invasion robbery with a deadly weapon, grand theft motor vehicle, fleeing and eluding, and leaving the scene of a crash involving property damage.
The second suspect has been identified as a Black male, 6’2” tall with very short twist dreads, and last seen wearing a maroon shirt and black pants.
