    Respect Your Money
“In life you attract what you respect...even money.”
~Paula White Cain mpowered Greet-
ings. Respect your money is the topic of discus- sion for today’s column. I would like for you to be posi- tioned to win financially.
To win with money you must understand the notion that if you don’t respect your money, your money won’t re- spect you. The value that you place on money or your fi- nances will be shown or made evitable by how you re- spect or deal with your money.
Please note and under- stand that you are not to love money. For the love of money is the root of all evil. However, there is nothing wrong with having plenty of money or desiring to have more money than you cur- rently have. Nonetheless, it doesn’t matter how large or small your money bag is, just know that you should respect
and value money by being a good steward or manager of the money you do possess.
Oftentimes my articles are designed to challenge readers to develop them- selves to rise above their cur- rent situation to reach for something more, something bigger and something better. I do this because when you develop yourself in a partic- ular area, it empowers you to succeed in that area, if you apply the knowledge that you have gained.
Many of you have ex- pressed that you want to de- velop yourselves financially. To do so, you must become financially savvy. As you be- come financially savvy you must identify your perspec- tive on money in the follow- ing 3 areas.
• How you deal with money
• What you think about money
• The usefulness of money to you
If you are not attracting money to you or winning fi-
nancially, then it’s time for a mental shift. It’s time for you to renew your mind as it per- tains to your finances.
The next several columns I am going to share tips and strategies to position you to win financially.
Until next column check me out on facebook live for tips on successful living.

America: The Pot Versus The Kettle
ery little that the Trump administration says or
does surprises us anymore.
So, when Secretary of State Mike Pompeo and U.S.
Ambassador to the United Nations Nikki Haley an- nounced America’s withdrawal from the United Na- tions’ Human Rights Council, we simply considered the act to be another star in Trump’s tin badge of “Just How Inhumane Can We Become” trophy.
Accusing the U. N. Human Rights Council of hypocrisy and bias against Israel, the Trump adminis- tration alleges its withdrawal “is not a retreat from the human rights commitments...”
Saying, “Our commitment does not allow us to re- main a part of a hypocritical and self-serving organiza- tion that makes a mockery of human rights,” the Trump administration accuses the organization’s member countries of violations of human rights and “chronic bias” against Israel.”
More than a year ago, Haley told Human Rights Council members that they “must stop condemning Is- rael and clean up their own members’ actions (such as China, Saudi Arabia, and Venezuela), or they would leave the Council.
She further stated that the Council had remained silent on repression in Venezuela and welcomed the Democratic Republic of the Congo, another suspect of human rights violations and‘was not worthy of its name”.
Talk about “calling the kettle black!”
Until America apologizes for the Trump administra- tion’s members’ treatment of women, making racist re- marks against Muslims, Mexicans and Blacks, mocking of people and children with disabilities, separation of immigrants from their children, and its alignment with hate groups, we cannot afford to legitimately criticize any other country.
White kettle, Black pot....That is what we believe.
