Early Voting For 2018 Primary Election Begins Monday
Public Encouraged To Attend West Tampa CRA Meeting August 15th
On August 15, 2018, the public is invited to attend a third community meeting that will focus on the City of Tampa’s Community Redevel- opment Agency (CRA) Strate- gic Action Plan for the West Tampa CRA.
In 2015, the City of Tampa designated the West Tampa Community Redevelopment Area, per Florida statute. The next step is the development of a strategic action plan to guide the use of revenues and rede- velopment initiatives.
The public meeting will beheldat5:30p.m.atthe River Center at Julian B. Lane Park, 402 W. Laurel Street, Tampa, FL 33606.
The West Tampa CRA rede- velopment area includes all public and private property lo- cated within its boundaries: North – West Columbus Drive; South – South Kennedy Blvd.; West – N. Armenia Ave.; and East – Hillsborough River.

Early Voting for the 2018 Primary Elec- tions will begin on Monday, August 13th for registered voters in Hillsborough County. The last day to cast a ballot during the Early Voting period is Sunday, August 26th. Voters can cast ballots between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., at any of the designated sites.
Individuals who choose to wait until Election Day on Tuesday, August 28th, will be required to vote at his or her as- signed precinct.
Any registered voter who has not cast his or her ballot can still visit any of the 19 desig- nated sites in Hillsborough County to vote.

What To Bring
Voters will be required to provide one or two forms of identification. Acceptable identi- fication includes: Florida Driver License; Florida ID Card issued by the Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles; U. S. Passport; Debit or Credit Card; Military ID; Student ID; Retirement Center ID; Neighbor- hood Association ID; Public Assistance ID; or Veteran Health ID (issued by VA).
You may also use your Concealed Weapon License (issued pursuant to s. 790.06); or Gov- ernment Employee ID.
If your photo ID does not include your signature, you will be asked to pro- vide another ID that has your signature.
Individuals without proper identification may still vote a provisional ballot, which will later be evaluated by a canvassing board for el- igibility.
