L. A. Reid Leaves Sony’s Epic Records Over Sexual Harassment Allegations
Recently (to the surprise of many) famed music exec L.A. Reid, 60, suddenly left his post as Epic Records Chairman after six years in the position.
According to various reports, a female assistant accused Reid of sexual harassment as recently as at the company’s holiday party last December, as well as among other instances.
The woman in question re- mains unnamed, but her lawyer sent a letter on March 22 to Julie Swidler, Sony Music’s General Counsel, who said a source provided de- tails from the letter.
The story led to reports that the woman was Zoe Alicia, who assists French Mon- tana. Alicia took to Twitter to refute the claim that it was her.
In the letter, the woman claims that while traveling on business, Reid (who’s mar- ried) asked her to lay down in

Travis Scott delighted listen- ers by releasing three new songs Monday, (May 15), but it is his much discussed album with Quavo that has fans on pins and needles.
The man behind the platinum single “Pick Up the Phone” stoked the flames of anticipa- tion by providing an update on the project in a recent interview with GQ Style magazine.
The Quavo album is coming soon,” he said. “I’m dropping new music soon. You know how I do it though: I like surprises.”
When asked about the album’s title, Scott simply told GQ that he and Quavo are “all about surprises.”
While it may not be much, Scott’s update finally con- firmed the LP’s existence in an official manner. Until now, the album had only been referenced on Twitter.
The teaser for Lifetime’s “Michael Jackson: Searching for Neverland” has been re- leased.

(Sam Adegoke), the movie will reveal firsthand the devo- tion Michael (Navi, the world’s #1 Michael Jackson tribute artist) had to his chil- dren, and the hidden drama that took place during the last two years of his life.
