WILSON
MR. FRANK A. KELLEY, III
Funeral service for Mr. Frank A. Kelley, III, who left the troubles of this world be- hind on Thursday, May 4, 2017, surrounded by family and friends, will be held on Friday, May 19, 2017 at 7 p. m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, Florida, with Rev. Ronnie L. Murray, Sr., officiating.
Mr. Kelley was preceded in death by: his mother, Grace Haywood Kelley; and father, Deacon Frank Arthur Kelley, Jr.
He leaves to cherish mem- ories of him with: a loving and devoted wife of 18 years, Brenda Faye Rhett Kelley; four children, Frank A. Kelley, IV, Marie A. Kelly Perry (An- thony), Neal Lamar Kelley and Quinton Kelley; eighteen grandchildren; twenty-two great grand-children; one sis- ter, Gracie Kelley Lott (Jerry); two step-sons, Jeremiah and Addison Rhett; two sisters-in- law, Rosa Mitcham, and Tina Edmonds (Fred); four godchil- dren, Quinecia Fesser, Ryan Elliott, John Lewis Elliott and Johnna Elliott; and a host of other sorrowing relatives and friends.
Mr. Frank Arthur Kelley, III was born September 4, 1948 in Folkston, GA to the parentage of Deacon Frank, Jr. and Grace Haywood Kel- ley. The family moved to Tampa in 1966 after Frank graduated from Bethune High School Class of 1966. Frank worked various type jobs be- fore becoming a roofer by trade. If you had a leak in your roof, Frank enjoyed the chal- lenge of finding and stopping it.
There will be a viewing on Friday from 5 – 7 p. m. at Wil- son Funeral Home prior to the service. Friends are asked to assemble at the chapel on Fri- day at approximately 6:45 p. m. for the service.

Over 37 years, of which the latter 3 years as husband and wife, their hearts were united. “From this day forward until death do us part...” To this union no chil- dren were born; but he shared in the lives of Michele’s children - Adrian, Jermaine, Eureka, Shameka, and Terrence. More- over, his family life was blended by one son, Talvin Silas (GA) and one daughter, Juanita Silas Shaw (PA) from a previous mar- riage of 11 years that ended in Georgia (1959).
Mr. Alton was preceded in death by: his parents, The Silas’; loving grandmother, Pearl Washington; aunt, Willie Jane Washington; former wife, Arzella Hawk Silas; brothers, Allen, Talvin, and James Silas; and sisters, Emma and Mary Silas.
He leaves to cherish pre- cious memories with: his loving and dedicated wife, Michele Yvonne; son, Talvin Silas (Emma), Atlanta, GA; one daughter, Mrs. Juanita Silas Shaw (David), Philadelphia, PA; 8 grandchildren; 11 great-grand- children; 3 great-great -grand- children; 3 step-sons, Adrian, Terrence Williams and Jer- maine Ellison; 2 stepdaughters, Eureka Williams and Shameka Hatten, all of Tampa; one brother-in-law, Earliest Williams (Lorraine); 7 sisters- in-law, Juanita M. Brown, Tampa, Rev. Leatricia Williams, Snellville, GA, Valretha Williams, Maggie Hunter, Norma Williams, all of Tampa, Annette Smith and Thelma Rittman, both of Quincy; special cousins, Frank Hughes (Gloria), James Hughes, Lottie Davis, Nolia Faye Pauldin, Gloria J. Williams, Vera Shaw, all of Georgia; nieces, nephews, and other sorrowing relatives, friends and community ac- quaintances.
The visitation will be held at Wilson Funeral Home on Fri- day,May19thfrom5to8p.m. The family will receive friends from6to7p.m.inthechapel. The family and friends are asked to meet at the chapel on Saturday at approximately 10:45 a. m. for the service.

MS. CHERYL LOUISE GREEN WILSON
Homegoing celebration for Ms. Cheryl Louise Green Wilson who went home to her Savior on May 8, 2017, will be held on Sat- urday, May 20, 2017, at 11 a. m. at Brown Memorial Church of God in Christ, 2313 E. 27th Av- enue, Tampa, Florida with Bishop Matthew Williams, offi- ciating. Entombment will follow in Serenity Meadows Cemetery.
Cheryl Louise leaves to cele- brate her legacy with: daughter, Zakia Naquan Wilson; her mother, Louise Green; 1 brother, James W. Green (Denise) of Columbus, Ohio; 3 sisters, Jacquelyn Y. Rollocks (Earl) of Brooklyn, New York, Judith A. Foster (Henry) of Lehigh Acres, FL and JoAnne Williams (Bobby) of Lawrenceville, Georgia; 1 nephew, Jelani Rollocks; 5 nieces, Krisha Green, Janelle Rollocks, Jamie Green, Juanita McEachern and Jamila Jenkins; 4 grand nephews, Devon Green, Kameron Scott, Xavier Flinch and Kaden Clew; 2 grand nieces, Alliyah Rollocks and
Alexis Green-Simpson; a host of special family members and friends. Cheryl Louise also leaves to cherish memories with her two lovable dogs, Mid- night and Oreo.
Cheryl Louise Green Wil- son, affectionately called “Serl” by her two younger sisters, was born on March 2, 1959 in Ashtabula, Ohio to the late Gwendolyn Green and Louise Green. Cheryl Louise attended elementary school first in Ohio and then completed her public school education in Brooklyn, New York. She graduated from Samuel J. Tilden High School and later continued her educa- tion at City University of New York (CUNY).
Cheryl, AKA “Queen,” was joined in holy matrimony to Sergeant William L. Wilson in 1979 and to this union Zakia Naquan Wilson was born.
Ms. Wilson was a Tampa resident since 1995. Cheryl worked for several employers, including Paymentech, HSBC and JP Morgan Chase for 16 years. Cheryl loved the Lord and was a faithful member of Brown Memorial Church of God In Christ for over 17 years, where she sang in the choir and participated in several min- istries within the church.
There will be a viewing on Friday, May 19, 2017 from 5 – 8 p. m. at Wilson Funeral Home, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, FL. Friends are asked to assemble at the church on Saturday at ap- proximately 10:45 a. m. for the service.

MR. ALTON SILAS
A Celebration of Life service for Mr. Alton Silas of Tampa, FL, affectionately known as “Georgia Boy” and “Mr. Alton,” who passed away on Tuesday, May 9, 2017, will be held on Sat- urday, May 20, 2017, 11 a. m. at Wilson Funeral Home Chapel, 3000 N. 29th Street, Tampa, FL, with Reverend Leatricia A. Williams, officiant and eulogist. The interment will follow at Rest Haven Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Alton Silas was born into The Silas’ family on Janu- ary 12, 1928 in Worth County, GA. His mother died at a very young age; his grandmother, Pearl
Washington and aunt, Willie Jane Washington reared him in the “Family Circle of Cousins - The Hughes Family.” Though he had three brothers and two sisters, he enjoyed being reared with his cousins, who loved him dearly and be- came his lifetime brothers and sisters, too.
Together, they all attended Mt. Zion M. B. Church for Chris- tian training.
Mr. Alton obtained his basic education in the Georgia School System. As an educated man through life experiences, he learned how to face all situa- tions with courage, honesty, goodwill, integrity and ‘com- mon sense.’ Thus, he became a skilled forklift and crane opera- tor and performed excellent work for over 47 years for com- panies in Pinellas County. At the age of 74, he retired and learned to enjoy the ‘good life’ – watching television.
