FAMILY NOTICE
MRS. MAUDEANIA FLORANITA BROOKS SCREEN MOORE
Mrs. Maudeania Floranita Brooks Screen Moore was born May 21, 1944 to the late Flo- ranita Brooks Goins and Brad- ford Brooks, Sr. in Tampa, FL-Hillsborough County. She accepted Christ at an early age at Mt. Zion AME Church, where she participated in the choir, youth department and Sunday School.
Maudeania was educated through the Hillsborough County School System. She graduated from Howard W. Blake High School (Home of the Yellow Jackets) in 1962. Upon graduation, she attended Gibbs Junior College, the 1st African American Junior College in the state of Florida. There, she met Odum Screen, who would later become her husband and the fa- ther of her four lovely children. Ultimately, they settled in Mem- phis, TN where she made a home for her family.
While attending Shelby State, she met Lewis E. Moore, Jr. They were united in holy matrimony in 1982. No children were born to this union.
With an established home and family in Memphis, TN, she united with Greenwood CME Church in 1969, under the lead- ership of Rev. J. D. Atwater, where she faithfully served until her health began to fail. As a member, she served on the Zettie Miller Choir, Helping Hands Auxiliary, and Stew- ardess Board, Vice President of the Missionary Society, and Sec- retary of the Sunday School De- partment.
Maudeania was employed as a numerator for over 20 years at R. L. Polk Company. After her service to R. L. Polk, she at- tended and graduated from Shelby State Community Col- lege, earning an Associate de- gree in Early Childhood.
Upon graduation, she was employed by Greenwood Learn- ing Center before establishing her own in-home child care cen- ter, Moore Home School and Day Care. She ran this estab- lishment until 2005.
Upon her retirement and with the assistance of her sister, Bishop Michelle B. Patty, she began to travel extensively. Dur- ing her stay in Florida while trav- eling, she became actively involved in Holsey Temple CME Church, participating in Sunday School, Missionary Society, and attended the Florida Region Conference.
She leaves to cherish her memory: two daughters, Khadi- jah M. Screen and Yasmin (Robert “Frank”) P. Walls; two sons, Ismail A. Screen and Calvin Frost Screen; eleven sis- ters, Jacqeuline Jones, Bishop Michelle B. (Dea. Jesse) Patty, Annette (Eddie) Neal, Loretta (Daray) Hew, Christina Dennis, Lillian (Randy) Ethridge, Flo- ranita (Alex) Ashley, Rosalyn Evans, Sheila (Raymond) Phillips, Patricia Evans, Deloris Seabourgh; eight brothers, Bradford A. (Cho) Brooks, Jr., John C. Brooks, William L. (Car- olyn) Brooks, and Michael (Gail) Brooks, Shawn (Yolanda) Brooks, Anthony Brooks, James Smalls, Wallace Evans; eight grandchildren, Demykeia Screen-Woods, Shun Davenport, Joshua Dixon, Chavera Screen, Tarajah Screen, Shundra Screen, Joe Louis Galloway, and Julian Screen; 2 great-grandchil- dren, Clyde Woods, II and Jaylee Dixon; one uncle, Nathaniel Fel- ton; “special” daughters, Tara Davenport, Debra Oliver-Ham- monds, and Anita Merry- weather; and close friends, James Winton and his children; special devoted friends, Pearl Harris, Tonya Lavender (Minis- ter Patrick), Wayne Bradley and Howard W. Blake Class of 1962. She also leaves a host of friends and relatives.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, May 20th, 1 p. m. at Greenwood CME Church, 3311 Kimball Ave., Memphis, TN 38111, Rev. Bethel L. Harris, Jr., eulogist.

Funeral services for Eddie Jones, III will be held on Saturday, May 20, 2017 at 2 p. m. at Exciting Faith Alive Church, 5705 E. 32nd Ave., Tampa, FL.
The repast will be held at 2210 E. Emma Ave. Tampa, FL 33610.

MANUEL CLIFFORD WILDER, JR.
In loving memory of Manuel Clifford Wilder, Jr., as he was frequently ad- dressed by family, was born October 29, 1949 and died April 1, 2017. He attended local schools and graduated from Howard W. Blake, Class of 1967. He was a hard worker. He was retired from his last employer KIMMINS after about 20 or more years there.
He was preceded in death by: his father, M. C. Wilder, Sr., his birth mother and mother who raised him, Mrs. Freddie Lee Cherry Wilder.
He leaves to mourn: a wife and 4 children, a host of grandchildren; a sister, Pa- tricia Cherry Johnson (William “Jabo”), who he resided with; brothers, among whom are, Ronald and Don Cherry; a host of nieces and nephews, among whom are: Ronnie Cherry and family, Erica and Eddie Vazquez, Janine and Victor Troop, Detra and Marvalyn Williams; a host of cousins, among whom are: James and Lionel Ballard, Yvette Bal- lard Sims, Theresa Pendle- ton, Theodore “Teddy” and Reginald Burns; and friends among whom were: Alphonso, Mike, Bill and many others.
We miss you “Junior.”
All of your family and friends.

Your life went way too fast, but we still remember and share the past. Each day we spent together we were im- pressed. It was clear that our family was truly blessed.
