Additional Rate Information and Club Policies

Advance Deposit: A credit card will be required to make a reservation. If you choose to use a credit card as
payment method at time of check out, a 4% convenience fee will be added to the bill.

Cancellation Policy: A minimum of seven days notice is required for cancellations, late arrivals, or early
departures (30 day cancellation notice for holiday periods May 28-31, July 2-5, September 3-6. Failure to
comply will result in a charge of the normal daily rate for the entire confirmed stay. Cancellation outside of 7
days will result in a booking fee of $25 per room.

No Smoking Policy: All guest rooms and room balconies are non-smoking areas. If you wish to smoke, you
may do so in the designated areas outside. There is no smoking inside any building. A $250.00 cleaning fee will
be applied to your room charges should you or any of your guests smoke in the room or on the balcony.
Vapor is considered smoking and all the same policies apply to vapor.

Hours of operation, services, and rates are subject to change without notification. Rates do not include a 7%
state tax and 6% county occupancy tax.

Additional Persons: Ages 4-18 $30.00/day; ages 19 & up $50.00/day. All occupants must be registered at
check-in.

Key Deposit: A $20.00 deposit will be taken at check-in and refunded when keys are returned.

Late Checkout Fee: A late checkout after 11:00 a.m., without prior approval, will incur a fee of $75.00.

Monthly rental of a room in North House $2,250 (Rooms 176, 183, 184 198 & 199, $3,000). Service of the room
will be done each week on Mondays except on holiday weekends when it will be done on Tuesdays. No
furniture may be removed and no furniture or appliances may be added. Abusive use and the reservation will
be canceled with no refund.
