Every year Ei contributes €1 million to deserving charities, causes, and initiatives
spanning six categories:
Sport, Education, Community Development, Health, Wellbeing and Welfare,
Arts & Culture and Humanitarian.
The4 annual economic contribution to the Irish Economy by Ei is sizable;
estimated to be €112 million in total. This is chiefly accounted for by;
Wages / Salaries paid to the Shannon workforce.
Payments to Irish Suppliers.
Corporation tax paid to the Irish Government.
