Option B - Online Value Builder System: This option enables the supplier to access the online supplier development portal linked to their benchmark results thereby enabling them to improve their operational performance and value. This option can be used in both ED and SD programs and serves as a platform for both EME and QSE’s.
The Value Builder System provides the supplier with access to modular development in line with the objective of progressively improving his benchmark and performance. Each module addresses practical implementation questions related to that are while at the same time providing access to case studies and FAQ’s. Each module includes best practice acceleration exercises that’s facilitated by a business support system. The system guides the supplier through each module ensuring progressive measurable value and performance improvement.
The following details the monthly modules: Month 1 - Financial Performance
Ensures basic accounting practices are in place. Focus on how the financial aspect of the business is managed. Ensure that the costs are correctly captured and allocated and that the business can be compliant and profitable
Month 2 - The Scalability Finder& Customer Score
Construct a durable platform for growth & start the customer score process.
The Scalability Finder Exercise: We will identify their products and services with the best potential to scale. THE CUSTOMER SCORE QUESTIONNAIRE: We will design a customer satisfaction survey to be sent to their customers.
Month 2 - Growth Potential
Identify their lowest risk, highest opportunity growth strategies
The Growth Quad Exercise: We will look at their potential growth opportunities and identify those with the highest potential and lowest risk. Month 3 - Competition Control (Monopoly)
Identify and refine a differentiated market positioning
Management Review: We will design an employee engagement survey to be sent to their employees in preparation for Month 9.
