The Automatic Customer Builder Exercise: We will run through a diagnostic questionnaire in order to identify one or more subscription models for them to consider.
Month 5 - Cash Flow
Analyse and increase their cash flow
The Cash Flow Finder: This session is anchored by The Cash Flow Finder tool. After this session, they will have a set of actions to take that will increase their cash flow, minimize or eliminate stressful periods of low cash flow, and increase the overall value of their company.
Month 6 - Management Structure (Hub & Spoke) and Customer Score Measure and improve employee engagement
Review Results of Employee Satisfaction Survey: We will review both the quantitative and qualitative findings from surveying their employees. In particular, we will discuss the implications of their performance on the eNPS metric, which has been imperially proven to drive employee engagement and satisfaction.
Month 7 - Risk analysis and restructuring Strengthen the foundation of their company
Stack Ranking Tool: We will complete a tool designed to minimize their reliance on any one employee. Customer Concentration Matrix: We will complete a tool designed to minimize their reliance on a small group of customers.
Month 8 - The Customer Score and Business Model Canvas Capture the voice of their customer
Review Customer Score Data: We will review both the quantitative and qualitative findings from surveying their customer base. In particular, we will discuss the implications of their performance on both the Net Promoter Score and The Dependency Score metrics.
