As can be seen from above system screen capture, we are able to fully customise the KPI’s that needs to be reported and tracked. We ensure that the Goals represent the overall targets set in line with the program and business objectives i.e.
1. Progress across all 12 development modules for each supplier
2. Cash flow, Growth Score, Net Margin setting for each supplier
3. Tracking of annual value improvement for each supplier
To further ensure delivery we track each supplier’s performance by agreeing and setting activities covering the 12 months. We will update specific annual actions that need to be completed by both the consultant and the business owner. We also include the consultant’s own activities and hours:
1. Advisor action items to achieve goals
2. Supplier actions to achieve goals
3. Full 12month activities and goals
