SITE VISIT AND AUDIT - Site Visit and interview on key results & findings of the Diagnostic report. This will cover:
1. The provision of a detailed analysis and an improvement report based on the Questionnaire results and initial reports
2. A 2-hour interview (Detailed) to advise the regional ESD on the findings & key indicators.
3. The provision of initial guidelines to assess & improve each business factor and related aspects thereto.
4. Consultation on the “Exit Timer” overview and considerations for retirement, earn-out, or a transition period.
5. Consultation on the company’s Financial controls, Accounting procedures and the structure and status of the Financial Management accounts.
6. Credit vetting and report detailing status and recommendations
7. Skills Development, Equipment and certification requirements
8. Overall recommendations and findings summarizing provided reports
9. Three Year suggested development plan and costing
PROCESS MANAGEMENT BASELINE MATURITY ASSESSMENT
A 1-hour interview (Detailed) to assess the regional ESD entity’s conformance to its efficiencies of Business Operating Processes
The provision of an initial, base-line Report detailing key aspects of process efficiency and best practice considerations that provides opportunities of
improvement (See Section B, 2 above)
CORPORATE GOVERNANCE BASELINE MATURITY ASSESSMENT
A 1-hour interview (Detailed) to assess the regional ESD entity’s conformance to managing risk & compliancy strategies, as proposed under the King Report of Governance (King IV)
