Q. How much is the Franchise Package?
A. The initial Franchise Fee based on a prime terri- tory licence, is £39,500 plus VAT. Intent to Pro- ceed is confirmed through a deposit of £10,000, leaving a balance) for the Franchise Package of £29,500 plus £7,900 VAT (20% of £39,500) to be paid when the Franchise Legal Agreement is signed.

Q. What do I get for my Franchise Fee?
A. The Franchise Package Fee covers the cost of:
A licence to operate a Business Doctors Franchise business in a designated locality
A 8 -day comprehensive Induction Training course in St Helens, Merseyside, including operations, systems, programme, marketing, sales training.
Up to 6 days of Support & Development
Coaching and mentoring support provided through- out the launch phase by an experienced and estab- lished Franchise Owner
A comprehensive professional launch programme designed to assist you with your initial marketing efforts and generate your first sales leads.
An Operations Manual, on loan
A stock of marketing materials and collateral.
A Full Size Exhibition display, Projector, and Screen and Sound System.
First year PI and Business Insurances
Business stationery starter pack including Business
Cards, Letter Head, Compliment Slips.

Q. What are the Training Programme details?
A. The curriculum covers all aspects of the busi- ness. See page 19 for a full breakdown. The training programme provides the knowledge and supporting documentation required to run a
Business Doctors operation. The launch support provided will include hands-on business support to co-pilot your initial marketing and client activ- ities to get your business up and running, with all systems in place and initial marketing imple- mented.
Q. How much can I earn (from a Business Doctors Franchise)?
A. Your earnings are largely dependent upon your efforts and tenacity. However, projections based upon our experience and an assessment of the market opportunity have been provided in the Financial Statements as a guide. These projections are presented by way of illustration only. There is no guarantee that you will achieve these figures, nor is it intended that you rely on them as a war- ranty or guarantee. You must draw up a business plan specific to your chosen locality and business aspirations.
Q. What is the term of the Franchise Agreement?
A. The term is set for five years. You do have the right to renew the Agreement with a further fee of £5000 for an additional period of five years, if your Franchise was operated in a satisfactory manner and in accordance with the conditions set out in the Franchise Agreement.
Q. Can I sell my business?
A. Yes, subject to certain conditions. We stipulate that any purchaser must be approved by us.
Q. Can I borrow to purchase my Franchise?
A. Usually, yes. However, this is dependent on your individual circumstances. Most of the major banks have a Franchise Department where they are used to dealing with potential Franchise Owners and are familiar with the Business Doctors Franchise oppor- tunity. We can also introduce you to a specialist Franchise Finance organisation that can facilitate your funding applications.
