Action Plan
If you are interested in owning and operating a Business Doctors Franchise, we recommend that you proceed as follows:
 Talk to your family and professional advisors
 Complete and return the full Application Form
found in the appendix to this document
 Talk to existing Franchise Owners
 Identify a suitable territory in conjunction with Business Doctors Franchising Limited
 Sign the Intent to Proceed Agreement and pay the deposit (fully refundable, less any extraordinary costs incurred by prior agreement, in the event that the process is aborted before the Franchise Agreement is signed.)
 Follow the procedures outlined in the Business Doctors ‘Getting Started Guide’ which you will receive along with a copy of the Legal Agreement, following receipt of your deposit payment.
