  HOW THE FRANCHISE WORKS
Business Doctors is a professional career franchise business which delivers both tools and opportunities for growth. Provided with comprehensive training, extensive network resources, plus regional and na- tional support, Franchise Owners are able to offer a compelling local business advisory and support ser- vice.
The Franchise Owner’s business is likely to operate out of his or her home, at least initially. Business Doctors Franchising Limited will outline the requirements and best practices for operating a professional home-based business.
Franchise Owners will market their services by organ- ising seminars and speaking events in their territory, as well as through active participation in strategic networking associations and events. A targeted and continuing marketing plan will be developed by each Franchise Owner with the guidance of a Regional and/or National Franchise Manager.
The Franchise Owner will use the Business Doctors brand, methodology and core product suite to pro- fessionally develop his or her local market. As part of a managed regional and national network of Business Doctors, established Franchise Owners will also have access to additional resources and service sales op- portunities to further their business goals.
The Business Doctors service requires Franchise Own- ers to attend their clients’ premises; marketing and networking activities require travel to locations throughout a given territory—therefore the Franchise business will be mobile in nature.
Initially, Franchise Owners will establish their busi- ness locally and grow their client base. As their busi- ness grows, Franchise Owners may collaborate with their neighbouring Franchisee to exploit opportuni- ties across a wider regional market.
Ongoing relationship management will be an integral part of Franchise Owner responsibilities, as they will need to develop constructive relationships with their clients, fellow Franchise Owners, and the Franchisor.
The Franchisor will provide Franchise Owners with a well-structured training programme, and strong initial and ongoing support.
Post-launch, Franchise Owners will enjoy a help-line facility, the help of a regional and national Franchise Support Team, business coaching and mentoring, an intranet facility, regular visits, a continual programme of research/development, and commitment to na- tional marketing.
Franchise Owners will also receive professional mar- keting materials, tools and templates as part of their franchise package.
The Franchisor provides Franchise Owners with the necessary expertise and proven methods to enable them to service clients to the highest possible stand- ards. Potential clients are literally any category of SME in their territory. The Business Doctors formula is not industry-specific and is adaptable by nature.
Every franchise territory will be comprised of a criti- cal mass of potential clients, thereby ensuring Fran- chise Owners a wide customer base.
