TRAINING & TECHNICAL SUPPORT
An eight-day comprehensive Induction Training Pro- gramme (see page 22), covering the methods and systems of the Business Doctors Franchise business, will be provided for Franchise Owners. The residential part of the training programme will be delivered at the Business Doctors Head Office in St Helens, Mer- seyside—split into two parts . Part 1 is over five days in duration, and Part 2 (approximately 6 —8 weeks later), is over 3 days. Part 3 is delivered locally over a single day at the end of your 6 month launch phase.
Key elements of the Training Programme include establishment and promotion of the business, the core product suite, scheduling, client care, business administration and the proven sales strategies used by the existing Business Doctors operations to great success.
The Franchise Support Team will fully support the opening of each new Business Doctors franchise busi- ness and provide six days co-pilot support & develop- ment. In-field coaching and mentoring from an estab- lished Franchisees is also provided to support you during the 6 month launch phase . Sales, marketing and technical advice will be available from the Head Office Team every working day.
It is our intention that Franchise Owners become a valued part of their regional and national network, and benefit from a strong relationship with both Head Office and the support team.
MARKETING, PR & ADVERTISING
It is anticipated that Franchise Owners, at their dis- cretion, will invest a minimum of 5% of their project- ed turnover in local marketing initiatives under their control in support of their business development efforts. Guidance, tools and templates will be made available to all Franchise Owners to help them max- imise the impact of their local promotional and sales activities. The Franchisor will also work to develop the Business Doctors brand and generate public and
commercial awareness of the Business Doctors ser- vices.
FRANCHISE TEAM
Franchise Owners will enjoy the support of the Busi- ness Doctors Franchise Support Team. This team will help to train, launch and support the Business Doc- tors Franchise Owners. This support and guidance can make a world of difference. With close knowledge of the Business Doctors system and busi- ness, the Franchise Team is well-placed to give candid advice, promote best practices and provide valuable assistance with business development.
COLLABORATION
Business Doctors Franchise Owners will be able to collaborate and network with fellow Franchise Own- ers in their region and beyond. Communication be- tween all Franchise Owners will be healthy, positive and always directed at improving the commercial performance of the business.

INCOME
Business Doctors Franchise Owners will generate income through the sale of Business Doctors business advisory and support services.
