been instilled in in her from an early age Paulette earned her Mortuary Science Diploma from New England Institute of of Applied Arts and and Science in 1984 Paulette is an an active member of of the National Funeral Funeral Directors Directors Association the Massachusetts Funeral Funeral Funeral Directors Directors Directors Association Association National Funeral Funeral Directors Directors and Morticians Association Association a a a a a a a a a a Certified Pre-Planning Consultant member of the Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc Springfield Alumnae Chapter and member of of the Bethany Assembly of of God Agawam Massachusetts Paulette is a a a a a a a 2018 recipient of of the ‘Springfield Black Women of of of Excellence Award’ by the Urban League of of Springfield When she is not working Paulette enjoys spending time with her her husband Steve family friends and and and and shopping visiting her her son Sean and and and granddaughter Lenox in in in Atlanta Steve Small General Manager
Steve joined the Henderson Funeral Funeral Home in 2016 as a a a a a Funeral Funeral Attendant Steve brings a a passion for providing excellent customer service the utmost professionalism and compassion for serving our families Steve worked as a a a a a a a a a a Financial Analyst and Accountant for several companies throughout his career Steve retired from the Internal Revenue Service Center Brookhaven New York in in 2014 and return to to school to to obtain a a a a a a a a Pharmacy Technician Diploma in in in 2016 Steve enjoys traveling with his wife Paulette playing dominoes and writing blogs Meet Our Associates
