 The Brett/Robinson Custom Build Experience
Design Phase – Based on your budget and taste, we point you to a few places to start looking for plans. Once you have a few plans you like, we are able to guide you to a couple of our home plan designers to get you started on designing your dream home.
Budgeting – Probably one of the most important parts of the process is developing a budget for your home. We spend hours on each set of plans working with our subcontractors before construction ever starts to reduce overruns in the building process. Our philosophy is we’d rather you understand the cost before you start than be surprised at the end.
Financing – Our goal is to provide you with lender options that are familiar with the new construction process who can make financing your build seamless.
Accounting for Job Costs – Brett/Robinson tracks every expense for your project through an advanced accounting software (the same one used for our large condo projects at the beach). Our construction and accounting teams receive and approve every invoice and track it against the budget. That information is shared with our clients throughout the build process.
Permits and Inspections – Our construction team handles all of permits and schedules all of the inspections for each client throughout the entire build.
