Ordering Materials – With lead times constantly increasing on materials, we manage the construction process to ensure materials are selected and ordered based on lead times to minimize any delays in the build as a result of materials not being available.
Sub-Contractor Management – Brett/Robinson and its project Superintendents manage the scheduling and handle all oversight of sub-contractors working on your project. With long standing relationships with our subcontractors, we are able to ensure quality, integrity and accuracy of workmanship.
Construction – With new building codes being rolled out, we ensure our team is educated on the building code and any changes to ensure every home we construct meets or exceeds the
building code requirement for the jurisdiction of each project.
