Sean joined our firm in August of 2016 and Lois is the wife of

Robert G. Smith
Funeral Director (Semi-retired)

Bob is a lifelong Islip resident and has
been with the funeral home since 1970. He
graduated from Islip High School, attended
Dowling College and received his degree
in Mortuary Science
from SUNY Farmingdale.
Upon his retirement in
the summer of 2016, he Z Z
still works on a part time
basis and is responsible The funeral home, circa 1950
for the firm’s embalming
and preparation
work. Bob serves the Robert Smith
community as an active member of the Islip
Fire Department. He lives in Islip with his
family and is an avid fisherman, boater, and
enjoys traveling.
