Terms & Conditions of Booking
 A signed contract and deposit of €800.00 is payable by the Bride and Groom to secure your Wedding Date.
 Prospective clients must always meet with a member of management prior to acceptance of the first deposit.
 A provisional booking secures a date for a period of two weeks only. The date may be released by the hotel, without further obligation, if not confirmed with a deposit within this period.
 Deposits must be paid in person to the hotel; otherwise the hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking.
 Any deposits paid to the hotel are non-refundable as per the deposit schedule due date
 The following deposit schedule and cancellation polices apply:
 50% paid 6 months from wedding date  75% paid 3 months from wedding date  90% paid 1 week prior to wedding date
 Final bill to be settled 72 hours prior to the wedding by cash, credit card, bank draft.
 Should numbers fall below minimum set out in packages 100 Guests will be charged
 Menu choice must be confirmed one month prior to the function.
 No food or beverages, with the exception of a Wedding Cake, may be brought into the
premises under any circumstances.
 Corkage can be arranged if you are bringing your own Wine €5 per bottle & Champagne €8
per bottle.
 A Bar Extension, if required, must be booked 60 days prior to the wedding for an additional
charge of €460. The residents bar is strictly for residents only and closing time is at the
discretion of the Manager on Duty.
 Final numbers and your table plan are required 72 hours prior to your function.
 The Hotel will not be held responsible for any loss or damage pertaining to property brought into the
hotel by the couple for their wedding.
 Photography from the wedding may be used in future to promote the hotel on the hotel website,
Facebook or Twitter pages.
 The Hotel bears no responsibility for any accidents caused by or to any suppliers whose services are
retained by the couple for their wedding.
 The Hotel shall not be held responsible for any defects in goods or services provided by any
suppliers.Any damage caused to hotel property will be the responsibility of the Bride & Groom.
 The Hotel reserves the right to cancel any function without obligation or liability.
 The Hotel reserves the right to cancel or refund deposits in circumstances when a booking is made
through a third party or under false pretences.
 Final Details must be signed off by the bride and groom 72 hours prior to the wedding.
