Embalmer | Funeral Director
Vicki began employment with the funeral home in December of 2010. She attended the Canadian College of Funeral Service - graduating in April of 2013. Vicki was born and raised in Shaunavon, Saskatchewan and moved to Medicine Hat in 1996. She is mom to two grown sons who have been logging in northern B.C. for the last few years. Vicki has a passion for animals and enjoys the time spent with her German Shepherd - Ginger and her cat - Loki.
Dave Cannon
Embalmer | Funeral Director
Dave was born and raised in United Kingdom and spent 15 years in the British Military. This followed by further 12 years as a Mechanical Engineer before entering the funeral profession in 2015. After the completion of an apprenticeship with The Pattison Funeral Home, Dave graduated from the Canadian College of Funeral Service in 2018 as a Funeral Director and Embalmer.
Dave and his wife Dee were married in 2000 and have 2 beautiful daughters. Dave feels fortunate to be given the privilege to assist families during their time of need and looks forward to serving the community for years to come.
Jocelyn Hodel
Funeral Service & Visitation Attendant
Jocelyn started at the funeral home in October of 2014. Born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan she and her husband Darryl, migrated to Medicine Hat in the summer of 2002 with their three children; Darryl as a journeyman plumber/ gas fitter, and she as an administrator in Agriculture. Jocelyn volunteers with both the Alberta Heart and Stroke and the Children’s Wish Foundation. Her passion is music; she is a member of the Live Music Club and the Folk Music Club. She can be heard playing and singing at various venues throughout Medicine Hat.
