Reasons:
1. UCLG: Increase in Clinker dispatch
2. OCIM: Labour strike in April, May and heavy rains in June, July.
3. VCSG: Decreased Cement production by 0.36MTsfor want of Coal and Fly
ash,
Increase in short lead destination which Is dispatched by Road.
Core production unit under repair.
90% of rail dispatches are PCP blended cement which requires fly ash
4. CCST: Less market demand.
5. MICT: Plant Maintenance and Rains
6. OCPC: Increase in Bulk cement movement by road to BGM, SUR and PUNE
area.
High DC and penal DC at destinations like LONI, SGWF as compared to last
year
Terminal made 24 hrs, but labour not available.
7. MRCJ: Increase in Clinker dispatch
8. MMHM: More by road for own construction consumption and local distribution
9. UTCR: Demand in Orissa is less compared to last year.
Last year surge in demand post Covid, unable to meet from Raipur plant,
hence dispatches more from UTCR
10. MZJM: Not enough demand to move by Rail
Due to shut down of Yerraguntla plant during 2021-22, Clinker is moved from
Jaggayyapet plant
