VISUAL ARTS
The Visual Arts department participated in the Memory Project, an international organization that brings art to children around the world. This year 40 visual arts students from GSA created portraits of children from Puerto Rico. The portraits were
mailed to the children
and we also raised funds for their art supplies.

Wearable Art
In February 2018 the Visual Arts students presented their annual Wearable Art Fashion Show at the Chrysler Museum of Art. This unique performing
opportunity for the visual artists provides a forum for their fiber arts work inspired by an exhibit at the Museum. There were over 500 attendees in the audience watching the artists take the runway!
