a. Participate in the annual evaluation of the Executive Director.
b. Provide the Executive Director with on-going feedback and pertinent
information/ideas.
c. Reinforce the primacy of the Executive Director’s supervisory responsibilities with
the staff.
d. Consult with the Executive Director prior to making special requests of the staff,
including requests for extensive information.
