Greetings, my Brothers, in the name of Alpha!
It is indeed an honor and privilege to welcome you to Ann Arbor,
Michigan, for the 2024 Michigan District Conference. My sincere
thanks to Theta Zeta Lambda and Epsilon chapters for their hard work
and dedication in planning to host a weekend of spectacular events,
culminating tonight with TZL’s annual Black & Gold Gala.
This year’s conference is historic, with more than 200 brothers registered —
the largest Michigan District gathering in more than two decades. Whether
you’re a long-term member, or, if you’re a neophyte just weeks into your
Alpha tenure, this conference is sure to be enlightening, providing the
opportunity to engage in meaningful and impactful business sessions, while allowing ample time to network
with members of the Mighty Michigan District. In addition to Alpha-focused business sessions, we’ll have
opportunities to support one another’s professional and personal growth. Please make the most of these
moments.
As brotherhood remains the quintessential core of our organization, this year’s theme – Standing on Business:
Built Through Brotherhood – reminds us that, for our organization to thrive in the 21st century, we must
embrace the vital functions of our fraternity, remain true to the values established by our legendary founders
and focus on the tie that binds us all – BROTHERHOOD!
Thank you for your support and the honor of serving the Mighty Michigan District. I look forward to
engaging and connecting with each of you as we fortify the bonds of brotherhood through fellowship, personal
