Greetings Brothers of the Michigan District,
On behalf of the Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., Epsilon Chapter, it is
with great pride and enthusiasm that we extend a warm welcome to you
for the 2024 Michigan District Conference, hosted here in Ann Arbor and
Ypsilanti, Michigan. We are honored to have the opportunity to welcome
our brothers from across the district to the home of the Epsilon Chapter,
where the light of Alpha has shone brightly since 1909.
The theme of this year’s conference, “Standing on Business: Built Through
Brotherhood,” reflects the core of what it means to be an Alpha man. As
we gather to engage in fellowship, training, and reflection, we look forward
to strengthening the bonds that unite us and exploring new ways to impact our communities positively. With
a wonderfully planned schedule of workshops, leadership training, and community service initiatives, this
conference promises to enrich both our brotherhood and our personal development.
Ann Arbor and Ypsilanti offer the perfect setting for this gathering, with a blend of history, culture, and
strong commitment to civic engagement. We hope you’ll take the time to enjoy these cities and the spirit of
camaraderie they foster. Whether you are an undergraduate or an alumni member of Alpha, we are here to
ensure that your stay is memorable, impactful, and uplifting.
