        Gateway to College
The Gateway to College program is designed for young adults who have stopped/dropped out of high school or are significantly behind in credits for their age and not on track to graduate. This program is a national initiative brought to Flint through a partnership between Mott Community College and the Flint Community Schools. The program allows students to complete their high school diploma requirements on a college campus while simultaneously earning college credits towards a degree or certificate. Gateway to College is a scholarship program that pays for college tuition and books and supportive services may be available. This program follows the college calendar and enrollment is open for Winter Semester, with classes starting January 13, 2020.
Traditional high school is not for everyone. Students can face challenges in their lives that make it difficult for them to complete high school.
